Response from Property: Hi there, we are sorry if you felt that your room did not meet the usual high standards we adhere to. We begin our housekeeping schedule at 7 a.m. until 11 p.m. and take turns inspecting the restrooms and rooms. We also encourage other guests to be courteous and considerate to the next user, as it is a shared accommodation. Should our guests require additional touch-ups or to freshen it up, they can approach our team members. However, as of the moment, our security staff work the graveyard shift; we don't have any housekeeping during the said time. We have escalated your feedback to the relevant team, and we will keep this in mind for future improvement. As for the location, we make it transparent in our Ctrip listing regarding the address. We have waterfalls, caves, and beaches in the side of our area; the hostel has plenty of activities for nature lovers, such as hiking and cliff diving. Thank you and safe travels.
