Best Western Plus South Bay Hotel Reviews

If you are looking for a stay not too far from the airport for the last 2-3 days of your trip, i highly recommend this hotel, The room was clean and the service great, we didn’t the chance to try their breakfast but from what i heard it is a very good breakfast.

The rooms were very nice but the cleanliness was lacking. Bathroom had toothpaste on floor and wall. Dirty in the bathroom floor and our toilet was backed up. Breakfast was edible. But the eggs were watery and the sausage patty looked like a half cooked hockey puck. Front desk was very nice. All hotel employees were nice and helpful. Lots of trash in the hallways. It seems people don't use the trash cans provided. The beds were super comfortable.

The check-in staff was friendly and parking was convenient. It was a bit noisy because it wasn't soundproof, but overall, it was a satisfactory stay.

The layout of BW hotels is basically the same, which is sufficient for business trips.

Except for the simple breakfast, everything else is quite satisfactory.

I am very satisfied with my stay experience this time! The room is neat and clean, warmly decorated, and feels like home. The bed was soft and comfortable, giving me a good night's sleep. The hotel's location is convenient, with many restaurants and attractions nearby, making traveling very convenient. The service staff are friendly and helpful, and are very professional in both check-in procedures and answering questions. The breakfast selection is rich, the ingredients are fresh and delicious. Overall, this is a very cost-effective hotel. I will definitely stay here again next time I have the opportunity and recommend it to friends and family!

I stayed for 4 days, and although I requested additional towels on the first day, they were not delivered until the next morning. Also, 2 thermoses were missing during my stay. It's the worst.

Close to the airport, suitable for catching a flight the next day. There are shopping malls such as Macy's within a 10-minute drive. The breakfast is not rich, but it is continuously available and is still very good.

Booked next to the airport. This area always feels dangerous. I had to stay for one night for the flight the next day. Parking is free.

The room was clean and the reception was very good. The only downside was that the airport shuttle bus was temporarily suspended.
