酒店協調能力和安排房間的能力極差。我們12:00到酒店 跟我們説房間還沒ready並且表示2點可以好，雖然不知道為什麼一定要一個客人就是咬死一個房間，我們還是出去逛了逛，2點回來告訴我們説還不行，得3點，這裏就搞不懂了2個小時收拾不出來一個房間嗎？不能先協調清理我們的房間嗎？或者給我們換一個打掃好的房間。因為有看到很多白人/旅行團都可以check in了，就感覺很無語，然後我聯繫攜程讓他們幫忙去協調，結果就立馬跟我説20分鐘內會打掃好，房間會ready（誇誇攜程）我想請問這個酒店reception早幹嘛去了？前台兩個女的也是mean到不行，不知道拽着什麼當個酒店前台，無語的酒店，對洛桑壞印象

酒店房間很不錯！很乾凈！住的很舒服。雖然離火車站特別近，就在對面，但是很安靜。設施都很新，服務人員很好。
