Our stay here was magical and peaceful out of the city. Definitely would recommend to experience living in a castle. The room was spacious, super comfortable and beautiful view of the gardens. I enjoyed the breakfast alot and walks around the beautiful landscape trails.

The environment is quiet and sanitary. The room space is OK. The room I stayed in has 2 toilets which are larger than the room space. It would be better to have one less toilet and one more bed.

The suite is great, the decoration is antique, but also a bit old. The environment is very good, it is a castle hotel very suitable for couples to vacation. If there is a chance, I will continue to choose it next time.

The restaurant service is OK. The front desk service is average. The environment is OK. The room is big enough. It's just too far from the city. If you are purely on vacation and don't go to the city, it's OK. It's quiet. It's best to rent a car locally.

The room is good, with a view at the door, which is the characteristic of the castle hotel. The service is good, the room is clean, and the space is large. The interior decoration of the room is very classic and very atmospheric.

The building is wonderful as are the grounds very traditional. food is great and has a very nice 24hr Bar
But what makes this place amazing is the staff very friendly and will bend over backwards to make sure you’re ok. Michelle at reception went above and beyond she was absolutely amazing and made sure our difficult requests were catered for
