Pretty nice newish hotel in a good location, although maintenance of the rooms seems to be a bit lacking. For example the toilet roll holder was broken. Experience somewhat marred by one rude staff member. On the morning of 29th February, at about 10 or 11 am, I found that my toilet was not flushing so I rang reception. I just managed to say ”Hi, I'd like to report ...” when the female on the other end of the line rudely interrupted and said ”I can't hear you, you're yelling into the phone”. I wasn't yelling, I was talking normally (why would I 'yell' on the phone??) There was obviously a problem with the volume or something, but she would rather nonsensically - and rudely - accuse me of yelling. This person is obviously not cut out for a customer-facing role.
Residence Inn by Marriott Las Vegas Stadium Area

The hotel is fine. There are breakfast and happy hours in the afternoon, although relatively simple, there are a few hot dishes. The set is a two-bedroom suite, which is convenient for children. The room has an oven and cutlery, and a dishwasher can be used for small dishes. Get away from the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas. There is no charge for parking. House prices are small, and usually more expensive than a five-star hotel with a casino. However, this hotel does not charge any resort fees.
Residence Inn Las Vegas Convention Center

Las Vegas Strip
It is a non-gaming hotel, about 10 minutes' drive away from the ** hotel area. The location of the hotel is relatively quiet, but because the facilities are still old, the refrigerator is beeping, the air conditioner is also very noisy, the sound insulation of the room is also poor, and there is sanitation in the early morning The sound is loud when vehicles come to collect garbage. If you have absolute quiet requirements for sleep, it is not recommended to choose this hotel. Breakfast is a relatively simple Western-style breakfast, you can bring your thermos cup for hot water or tea.

The room is large and has a kitchen. You can cook your own breakfast, because the hotel's Western-style breakfast is the same every day. You will get tired of it after eating it for two days. The bathroom is cleaned every other day, which is so-so. The towels and bath towels are relatively old, so you need to bring your own. More at ease! The front desk staff has a good attitude. Compared with other hotels, they are quite friendly to us Chinese. In terms of transportation, it is more convenient to rent a car by yourself. It is relatively close to the Internet celebrity, and it only takes five minutes to drive there. It’s also close to our Auto Parts Exhibition Center!

As a regular Residence Inn patron, I have a pretty good idea of what to expect during my stay. This particular stay offered me only the bare necessities. The room only had 2 hangers, the “fully equipped kitchen” contained just enough cups, plates, bowls & silverware for one person to eat one meal. I stayed 4 nights, but was only offered housekeeping once! It was about 5pm, I had been out all day. I was unpleasantly surprised to return to a room still in need of service! After I ate dinner, I was in the restroom when a housekeeping associate knocked on my door, & let herself in! Upon arrival, I requested a 3 pm late checkout, and was told I would receive it. Ironically, at 12:01 pm, the day of my departure, a housekeeping associate was knocking on my door! She asked if I was checking out that day! I was highly upset! I informed her that I was scheduled for a late checkout. She said ok, & moved on to the next room. When I checked out, I told the associate in the lobby what had just happened, & I asked her if there was a record of my late checkout. She apologized & said she could not find it in the system. She said she would inform the manager of the issue. I have yet to hear anything from the manager & the usual email requesting my thoughts about my stay, as a Marriott Rewards member, never arrived.
