The system was down for five days. Showed up at 6 left for dinner reservations came back at 10:00 didn't get room until 1:00 AM. Room was pre paid. No compensation for lost time. 7 people in our group. 4 hours to check in 28 man hours lost for our group. No compensation from management. Kirsten said because she prioritized us with an attitude (After involving management to get our room).My little girl spent the last 3 hours of her birthday sitting on a hotel lobby floor.  Next day hotel parking garage was packed, we had to walk to Sphere, thanks God weather was nice.

The hotel environment is okay, you have to pay extra resort fee when you check in, but trip.com didn’t state the resort fee. The hotel room is not bad, location is good, close by north outlet shopping center . We contributed over $4000 ro casino in 6 days and a few women dealer was Rudely and so grouchy, we didn’t like it and will not come back to spend money for this hotel the Hilton hotel has famous street food , we tried ramen noodle at PhO restaurant . It is so salty and thick noodle, very greasy. It is worst food l ever. Bad service either . The food from Chinese restaurant (GenTing) are the best in Hilton . Will come here for Chinese restaurant next time.

Great stay, our room was nice and clean with vegas strip view

no complimentary water, no slipper, no dental kit, no room make up. All need to request each time
