Frank at the front desk was awesome with check in and was very helpful with information on car rental return and getting back to the airport. Explained how Uber works, we have never used an Uber ride.

Your night employee Erin it’s the most uncompassionate and Rude employee I’ve ever dealt with. My sister and I were staying there because our mother was on life-support in ICU and we did not know the outcome of her life so we would book another room every night. When we told Erin our situation she could care less and was so rude and uncompassionate and also on the phone one night as if we were interrupting her telephone conversation. I am a IHG member and I will never stay at your hotel again. My mother is still in the hospital. If we would’ve been in a better state of mind, I would’ve found somewhere else to stay.

My family and I have had the opportunity to stay at this location in Las Vegas (SW Spring Valley) over 4 times now. We will not stay anywhere else as the customer service is top notch. All of the desk agents have been amazing! I especially have to say thank you to Frank. He is so kind and thoughtful! He has gone above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay, and we really appreciate it. Elizabeth L

My Daughter & I Hosted a Baby shower at this location in the meeting room. Frank at the front desk was simply amazing. Ana in housekeeping cleaning the general area was great as well. And thanks to Kae in sales. And the General manager. You all made the day very beautiful. Thanks again. K. Vaughn
