Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas Reviews

The Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas is to me the best hotel in Las Vegas and one of the finer hotels in the country. We choose it partly because it is dedicated to a luxury stay without all the commotion of the casinos. The staff is great and attentive from the moment you arrive. Even before you arrive there’s a welcome message from the staff to assist you with your arrival. The rooms are beautiful and along with the upgrades for Hilton Diamond members, every amenity is well appointed. The food is great, and the pool and spa are perfect without all of the crowds that you see at other hotels on the strip. This is truly a gem and oasis in the heart of Las Vegas and always our go to when in town.

The hotel does not live up to its 5-star rating. Some employees, particularly at the Zen Restaurant, often have an unfriendly attitude and rarely smile. Additionally, the restaurant options are limited, and despite operating hours, room service is not available 24/7. I will not be choosing this hotel for my next visit to Vegas.

Everything is good expect breakfast is fully loaded, you will expect a 40 minutes waiting to get your food.

The hotel is in a great location. There is a big shopping mall next to it. The service attitude of the front desk guy is very good. He also upgraded the room for free. The hotel facilities are complete. The room is clean and tidy. Highly recommended. No brainer to stay

The Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas is in a prime location, and it is very convenient to go out. The hotel staff has a very good service attitude. The environment is clean and hygienic, and it is worth staying again next time.

The room was cleaned neatly and tidy, and they helped us fold clothes and organize things. Water is free, there is a restaurant, and breakfast and dinner are provided. The service staff can be contacted by text message, which is very considerate.

The Waldorf is still as good as ever. The facilities are very complete and it is a relatively new hotel in the area. The breakfast is also very good. I will choose to stay there next time.

The service attitude of the hotel is very good, and the location is excellent. There are all new luxury shopping malls nearby. The surrounding environment is very clean and the facilities are very new. The actual experience is much better than staying at Bellagio. The only drawback is that it's not easy to take a taxi in the hotel lobby, but you can walk to many famous places very close.

The room was average. As soon as I checked in, I was told that my room was not ready. Do you want to upgrade it for an extra $75 per night? I thought the upgrade would be better, so I agreed, but I was given a room with a big billboard in front of the window. Although it is a corner suite, there is no view! We booked the second room. The next day, without contacting us, they packed up all my friend’s things and emptied the room. We booked it for two consecutive nights! And when I came back to check things, I found that my friend had lost one of his Apple headphones. It has been more than a week now with no results! This experience was really bad! I will never stay here again next time

I heard that it was rebranded as Mandarin Oriental. The service attitude and rooms are good, but the so-called Las Vegas Strip view can only see a corner, and there is no casino inside the hotel.
