Super friendly check in staff (Chris), clean and modern room recently finished in Spa Tower. Great location with easy access to public transportation. The only complaint I have is about the concierge text message system. Left something to be desired. And hotel front desk does not accept take away order on guests' behalf.

Check in was very quick and easy. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and good value for money. Buses weren’t very accessible, but Ubers were fairly cheap to the *****. There wasn’t a coffee maker in the room, but they did offer coffee by the front desk! We’d stay here again though :)

Check in - waiting in line was a bit painful. Although a lot of people used express check in and found it very quick and easy. We were upgraded to room with strip view which we appreciated very much. The room itself was fine. It was clean. Toilet in working order and shower was nice and warm. Ice machine on our level working perfectly. Free parking. Hotel security all very helpful. Check out was super simple. I’m not fussy so overall happy!!

Convenient location. Off strip but close enough to the Strip, Chinatown (the good food!) and freeway. Free parking. The only down side I can think of is the small window by the bath tub. It’s a clear window with no curtain. We could see other rooms from that window, so we decided to use a towel to cover it up.

After staying at Encore, I don’t think I can stay anywhere else! I’ve been going to Vegas since I was 5 years old and have seen the drastic changes the city has gone through for the past 4 decades. I’ve stayed at every hotel on the ***** and somehow had avoided Encore until this stay because I thought the location was a bit away from the center of the *****. However, Encore is now my favorite hotel in Las Vegas. The room was very comfortable and spacious with a nice view of the Sphere. I could check everything from the tablet in the room and make reservations in a few min. You can do everything within Wynn/Encore. It’s not crazy packed like Bellagio with non-staying guests coming in and out. Its a more private a**osphere with guests staying at the hotel and mostly classy people. Everything inside is built with precision and convenience for guests to jump in and jump out of the rooms for a comfortable stay. Whether it’s going to the pool, playing games, dining, walking to Wynn, betting on the sports book - everything was super convenient. For me, how we spend quality time is more valuable than money we might win. I will stay here again on my next visit.

Stayed here for new years for 5 days. Room itself was fine. View and location is top notch. Right infront of monorail so commute to strip is very good. View was breathtaking aswell especially at new years. Amenities were non existent. No microwave, no COFFEE MAKER, no nothing. Was the room clean. YES. Was the bathroom clean Kinda but was missing drawer handles with the shower head just poking out of the ceiling. Lobby is great and Casino aswell as Sportsbook is top notch. Overall it was alright. Just a little neglected and run down. But still worth the stay for the view and comfy beds.

Probably the most beautiful, well appointed property I've ever stayed in. Every detail here is high-end but not pretentious. The rooms are big and comfortable, the restaurants are amazing including a great food hall with lots of regional choices. Not to sound like a broken record but the pool is likely the best pool I've ever been to; so beautiful, with a calm ambiance. Lastly, the staff, without exception, is friendly and helpful. I'd completely recommend staying here.

Outstanding
QQ.zyThe room is clean, but the facilities are a bit old. It's just that the entrance to the hotel is hard to find and parking is a bit troublesome.
EExpatMade my annual visit back to the US, and this hotel was in the middle of where I needed to be. Once the former Lucky Dragon which did not have proper permits at the time, it seems that Ahearn family is utilizing the space as good multi-purpose. They ventured into a steakhouse, cafe eatery, chocolatiers, a performance dinner theater, and conference venue. The hotel rooms are comfortable, and the staff is quite friendly and professional. The lobby bar closes quite early but The Mint and Golden Steer are next-door, which brings in a lot of locals. I did not try the steakhouse in the hotel, though it’s definitely a solid venue in appearance. There are shopping plazas down the street, but there’s no microwave in the room. There’s not really a point to buy anything to cook. Food is available within the hotel during their opening times, and their breakfast is of a simple yet filling choice of three. I got the avocado three straight days in a row. Mimosas and Espressos blend well with bar options. One of the security guards gave me the background of their conference venue. I was able to buy some books from the very small gift shop. My suggestion is the gift shop can up a notch. I didn’t really use the pool, but the space itself is nice because it’s shaded a good chunk of the day. The position of my own room allowed me to turn the air conditioner off. All the toiletries are in the room, and the housekeeping staff is accommodating if you need anything. I stayed here and the Jockey Club within the first week of the visit, and both hotels are within the same price range despite different locations. Definitely the most logical place to stay if visiting local friends, as I do so on Burner Mondays at The Phoenix. Ahearn has a comedy, singing, and magic show offered with their room. The classic cars near the front lobby were really nice to see. Great job so far, and I look forward to seeing what else they implement there for my next visit.
YYousipStaying at The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas was an unforgettable experience. The entire hotel is stunning, with every room being a beautifully designed suite, adding an extra touch of luxury. We were fortunate to have a room with a view of the Sphere, and it was simply breathtaking. The attention to detail, comfort, and overall ambiance made for an incredibly pleasant stay. Highly recommended!
MMight a mouseChecking in was a breeze however there was a protest going on when I visited and it set the mood before I entered the building. Protestors were animal like with no regards to others as they played loud music and mocked drivers entering in and out of the building. Rooms were standard and photos definitely showed better than in person. Clean rooms at affordable prices, no other complaints here!
AAmerican solo travelerThe good: fresh crisp bright white linens, the buffet, the customer service, pool, parking facility with active security presence
The bad: bathroom cleanliness upon arrival (better after first day room freshen up, though), the elevators (stayed in Purple Elevator section… 2 didn’t work, the two that did were shaky and took forever), no in room refrigerator, phone didn’t work,
Overall good stay. Would return
AAsparagusLoved the location and staff. While not having breakfast included in the price might not be a common thing in Vegas, I personally can't call a place a 4 star hotel without it. The pool is also not available during the winter months since it's out in the open, which is fair, but info on that isn't listed while booking (it's a google search away, but feels like hidden info and i like transparency when it comes to things like these). We had to request the fridge (it has been written as something we would be having in the unit, but it took us an extra step). Bathroom doors are sliding doors? I don't have much to say about this except for - why? None of the listed things are a big deal to me, but are enough of a deal to be noticed. Overall it is a good place to stay if you prefer being out of the building, exploring the city. I would give it a solid 4/5.
GGuest UserNice hotel, especially since some of it has been renovated recently. Our room (2 queen beds deluxe) was one of the newly renovated rooms which was very nice. Could've used a slightly deeper clean, but for a hotel it was pretty nice.
For service, it's almost impossible to get in touch with anyone at the front desk or in the hotel. Luckily you can check in and check out on the tablets next to the check in desk so you don't even have to talk to anyone, but the ability to have human contact is pretty important for me, whether I need to use it or not.
The pool was recently reopened before our stay and was very nice. The pool hours were pretty short, 10-4, for a beautiful weekend in March when it's 80 degrees outside. For such a nice pool I feel like the hours should be much longer when it's nice and light out until 8pm or so.
KKazplymFabulous stay in the heart of vegas. We loved our stay here, the staff are all friendly and welcoming, the rooms spotlessly clean, the beds so comfortable, the showers hot with great pressure. Location is perfect, literally 15 mins walk into the strip and because of this really quiet at night.the rooms must be soundproofed, because I haven’t heard any noise from other rooms, the occasional bit of traffic noise or someone talking in the corridor is all i have heard but we are on the 3rd floor so maybe its noisier downstairs, im not sure. There is a 7 11 just 2 doors up and with a fridge and coffee maker in the room this was perfect for us.
The casino is a building beside the hotel so no noise from there either. It was my first time in a casino and the staff were really helpful at the tables giving me tips and were so patient with me until I got the hang of it. The clientele appear to be a lot of locals who are also really nice and helpful. I would strongly recommend this place to everyone, especially first timers.
The food and drinks are reasonably priced for the area, $4 -$6 for a beer compared to $9 _ $12 everywhere else. You also gets a discount in the restaurant if you are a hotel guest. The steak special was delicous served with greens and potatoes with soup or salad.
Isabella the manager on reception was especially helpful when we had a problem with our bill which was a system glitch that had already been identified. They were aware of the problem and it was being sorted but she was so sweet and set our minds at rest. We didn’t get any maid service while we were here, maybe it needs to be requested? We didn’t mind though and reception were happy to hand out extra water, coffee cups etc.
Every staff member from security, reception, casino employees were friendly, helpful and chatty I can only think this is also a great place to work.
MMizz KWe had a really great time. It was just me and my 12 year old daughter for a little staycation. There were a little things here and there and I’m not trying to be a Karen. The tall lamp near the window didn’t work. There were fingerprints on the windows, there was dust everywhere. The mattress was not that comfortable. It seems very stiff to me however, it’s probably because I’m used to my premium mattress at home . I woke up with an extremely sore back . They have a coffee machine there for you to use and they put water next to it but they want you to pay three dollars to use that water to make your coffee which doesn’t make sense and then when I asked the maid down the hall if you have the small little bottles of the Aliante Water. (which were placed in a previous room when I stay there a month ago.) they said no there’s the life water there for you to use- again three dollars. Yes I guess I could go to the bathroom sink and use bathroom water to make my coffee.
then of course the pool -we get downstairs to go in the pool and the water was so cold. My daughter refused to go in it., the reason why we booked a staycation was to have a nice pool day before it started getting cooler in Vegas. Like it wasn’t heated at all. We ended up staying in the Jacuzzi spa the entire time. And it’s funny because I noticed everyone that showed up that day to use the pool took a step in the pool and took a step right out of the pool and looked around like this is absolutely freezing and there was hardly anybody in the pool—I’m sure it ruined a lot of peoples day.
Other than those minor little issues we had a really great time. The food at FARM was really great, my daughter loved the robot bringing us the food. And they make really good freshly made chocolate chip cookies ❤️
JJoe SnuffyVery good location, away from the strip and closer to Fremont areas and local eatery, not too far from Chinatown. Better price, however parking is much to be desired. Good discount for Tower access admission, Strat Cafe open almost 24 hours for all meals. Very affordable price.
