Few things werent that perfect, many ppl hv the same problem to use the room card to take elevator to their level! It’s happened to me twice in 3-night stay, every time when ur card doesnt work, u hv to go back to the front desk, get a looooooong line again to change a new card! Then u can get to ur floor then get in to ur room🤪 When i just checked in,front desk asked me if i need to clean the room, i said YES,but finally they didnt come to clean the room, told to the cleaners, they said u hv to go to front desk to tell them again🤪,then i needed to get a looooong line to wait again! 3rd one is the worse one, When i just checked in,fromt desk told me the room i booked online doesnt include mini fridge,if i wanna enjoy the trip more, i can upgrade the room to be bigger a big n it has mini fridge! She said only $19 for upgrading to that room! I was thinking about it, finally i didn’t update! But u know what… when i finally finished check in n got in to my room! I saw a mini fridge inside the room🤪

Great location on the strip with every major attraction within 10 minutes walk. Hotel even though highly ranked, the rooms are reasonable at best. Service also is something which can be improved Overall, gr8 location

I haven’t stayed in the Linq for quite some time so I figured I give it a shot. Big mistake… When I checked in the safe was locked so I asked the front desk to send someone to open it. Took three phone calls by the time someone came who did not have the tools needed. I was told someone was coming later to get it done… It was past 1am so I had to call it a night. Next morning called again, this time it took two attempts to finally get it done. I had late night meetings so I asked for a late checkout, I was hoping for noon instead of 11am but was flat out refused. I’m spending approximately four and a half months out of a year in hotels - yes, I travel a lot for business - and don’t have to use it often but here and there I ask for a late checkout. Never been refused yet until now in the Linq. In fact, the lady I talked on the phone with sounded like she was very annoyed by me even asking for such a thing. Not much better attitude when I came down to check out. I walked up to a lady at the front desk who did not feel like checking me out but simply sent me to the self check out machine. I tried but the machine didn’t work. I flagged her down to help me just to realize that the machine really didn’t work. Sent me over to the next one and guess what? I’d didn’t work either… Then finally she was willing to check me out manually while looking really annoyed that she had to deal with this. By this time there was a line behind me of other frustrated guests who also complained about the hassle I just went through. So at the end I was denied a late checkout but I guess it was ok that I had to spend a lot of my time just to go through the process while dealing with people who seemingly misunderstood the point of hospitality… I’m spending my money on hotel stays and the Linq is not one of those I’m willing to spend a penny on in the future. Fooled me once… The location of course is good and the room was otherwise ok

Perfect location to walk around the *****. Room condition was better than I expected. Should provide at least one ”FREE” bottle of water. Every consumable items were priced VERY HIGH. Very limited # of staffs at the front desk were available. Check in time took at least 20 minutes. Check out was okay.
