Asumido que debió haber un error en la reserva tanto por el personal del hotel como de la plataforma, la devolución aunque fuese con un mes de anterioridad fue denegada. Eso se llama usura porque mi habitación será entregada a un segundo huésped en la fecha indicada. La descortesía de este hotel y la poca proactividad para ayudar al cliente es inaudita. No volveré jamás a este hotel con atención de satisfacción nefasta. Su respuestas son de abuso y de poco cuidado hacia su cliente

We stayed for 4 days and we really liked the hotel. The best thing is the friendliness of the staff, the ease of communication, their willingness to resolve any queries or incidents. The room (3rd floor, with terrace) was very spacious and impeccably clean. We also appreciate that there are 2 complimentary bottles of water on arrival (in Las Palmas the tap water is obviously drinkable, but the taste leaves a lot to be desired...) We really liked the breakfast, with a small variety of products (which guarantees its freshness). Everything is freshly prepared and with great taste. The rooftop is also spectacular. It is open from 7am to 10pm and you can enjoy some great views of the port and the city. At sunset we went up with some drinks and some snacks and enjoyed some great times. Finally, we really liked the location. Walking you can get to the Mercado del Puerto in 5 minutes, to Las Canteras Beach in 10 and to Santa Catalina Park or the Poema del Mar Aquarium in 15. And, right next to the hotel, there is a bus stop and the 12 takes you to San Telmo, Vegueta, Triana... If we return to Las Palmas, we will repeat.

Excellent location. First class service. Special mention to Daniela, Geremias and Maria for their advice and making our experience so pleasant. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is very good. It has a special price with nearby parking. Very close to Las Canteras beach and centers of interest.

A very good experience. The hotel staff was very attentive, the breakfast was plentiful and the views from the hotel were amazing. Very close to the beach (5min walk), bus stop and large park right in front of the hotel. We will definitely be back.

Had a very comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the harbor and cruise ships. We stayed here for only one night just before boarding a cruise ship. Everything I needed was within walking distance and restaurant recommended by reception was excellent. They have a roof top area open to all guests. The breakfast area isn't large, so you need to make a reservation time for it. Very reasonable rates when I compared other hotels. Would recommend to anyone.

I arrived in a bit of drama as airline baggage half destroyed my luggage. I was warmly welcomed and checkin was very smooth. I took a room with a terrace. it was perfect size for one and also for a couple. room was clean. there was a little road noise but nothing unusual due to window proximity. The bed was comfortable as was temprature in the room. The hotel has no restraunt but does provide breakfast. its about 10-15 min walk to beach and there are plently of places to eat in evening. There are plenty of taxis in area just outside if you need.

Very nice city hotel with an excellent location. It is about a 10-minute walk to the beach and about a 10-15-minute bus ride to the historic old town. Staff very friendly. The room was very nice and modern with a great view of the harbor. There is a small park next door, so you can even wake up to birdsong in the morning. There is a very nice and modern roof terrace with a view of the harbor. There is a bus stop and a café and supermarket nearby. There was everything for breakfast, rolls, scrambled and fried eggs, fruit, and on Sundays even a tortilla and fruit salad. I can highly recommend the hotel:) I would book it again:)
