Lamentablemente la calefacción solo tenía posibilidad de enfriar la habitación,tenía 38 grados cuando llegamos y se tardo aproximadamente unas 5 hrs en descender hasta 28 grados

Me gustó mucho la atención del personal, ante cualquier situación . Incluso me ayudaron a gestionar un traslado . Todos muy atentos, me atendió Claudia muy gentil. En cuanto al hotel limpio, pero faltó reponer los implementos de baño el segundo día .

Excelente hotel, funcionários educados e solícitos. O café da manhã poderia ser um pouco melhor, mais completo, com mais ofertas de frutas, bolos, pães e sucos. A lavagem do uniforme também poderia ser feita, independente do horário de chegada e saída.

Quarto é bem confortável e o atendimento muito bom! Fica próximo a vários lugares que se pode visitar a pé, muito bem localizado! Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e o café da manhã que deixou um pouco a desejar poderia ter mais opções de alimentos.
