The room is small, the decoration is old, and the service is average

Very well located hotel. Good facilities. Regular cleaning, inside the closet, a lot of dirt from never being sanitized. Little place to store clothes, despite having two double beds. Quick stop hotel for two or three nights. Bath towels were always missing. Hotel offers liquid soap and shampoo, but liquid soap is limited for some nights, we left the bottle empty and they didn't replace it, when asked at reception they are rude and say it was a courtesy and screw you.

O quarto em que ficamos era muito confortável. Adoramos as camas, os travesseiros, o edredon. O chuveiro também era bom. Disponibilizam hidratante, sabonete liquido, shampoo e condicionador. Há bebedouro em todos os andares e você pode escolher se quer água gelada, em temperatura ambiente ou água quente. A equipe da recepção e do restaurante é muito gentis e o café da manhã é muito gostoso. A loalização do hotel é boa, com vários restaurantes e o Sky Costanera próximos. O hotel tem piscina mas não é aquecida.

Excelente atención de todo el personal (en especial a Don Hector) Habitaciones muy cómodas y funcionales. Buen desayuno y excelentes opciones comidas y bebidas durante el resto del dia en el restaurante y bar del hotel.
