편리한 위치와 적당한 가격에 좋은 서비스. 들어갈때 에어컨 미리 켜두어 시원쾌적했고, 침구류도 뽀송하니 습기가 없어서 잠을 매우 잘잤어요. 다음에 기회가 된다면 재방문 의사 있습니다.

우선 위치가 너무 좋아요👍🏻 근처 세이브모어마켓이나 라부요식당, 해적호핑투어 걸어서 가기 좋구요 수영장도 작다고 하는데 노는데 큰불편함 없고 깊은곳은 2m까지는 되는거 같아요(충분히 깊다는 말) 조식은 계란(오믈렛,스크램블,후라이) ,빵(3-4가지),치즈,햄,주스,밥,소시지 딱 이렇게만으로 만족하면 추천드려요 다음날 새벽오슬롭투어때문에 일찍 체크아웃해서 조식을 못먹게됬는데 체크인때 미리말하면 체크아웃시 샌드위치 챙겨줘요(24시 데스크운영) 날씨 좋으면 사진찍기좋고 북적북적하지 않아서 좋아요 화장실이 넓어서 욕조,샤워부스 다있긴한데 샤워부스 물이 잘안내려갑니다...그래서 시설점수 감점입니다 전체적으로는 좋았어요☺️

I almost died at 3AM. I got goosebumps thinking that someone might have been sitting and doing their business and a large tile in the bathroom might have fallen on their head, and I was scared to go to the bathroom. I took a picture right away and went to the desk and showed them the picture while gesturing with my hands and feet in my poor English, but they asked me so calmly if I touched them.. I didn't even apologize or say anything, and they only asked if I wanted to change rooms now or later. I decided to change rooms first, so I went up with the staff and changed rooms, but the staff who went up with me just sighed and didn't apologize, so I said it was really dangerous and we almost died, and they just said it was the first time it happened and let it end.. The next morning, no one even apologized, and they didn't even say anything when I checked out. What would have happened if I had really been hurt so badly? When I looked at the tiles that had fallen, the adhesive was roughly applied, and the two pieces that were stuck on the bottom were sticking out like they were going to fall off. It was a big family trip and I didn't want to spoil the mood, so I didn't ask any more questions, but I'm leaving a review because I'm upset that there wasn't even an apology or a question asking if it was okay. I'd rather not go there again, but I went because the location was good and the price was good, but this really doesn't seem right. After going through that chaos in the morning, I couldn't sleep at night because the sleeping child was up and moving the luggage.. I'm not asking for compensation, but I think they should have at least apologized. The tiles are big enough to break the toilet. If it hit someone while they were doing their business, someone's head would have exploded.. When I knocked on the tiles in the other bathroom, they made a hollow sound.. It was scary.. I hope other people will take note of this too. It's scary.

The facilities are old, but the staff is friendly and the service is good. We had dinner outside, but I recommend eating at the lounge on the 8th floor.
