This was my first youth hostel stay in the Philippines. A bed cost just over 40 RMB, with clean sheets and pillows. The air conditioning was adequate, but cold and noisy. My roommate snored, so I needed to bring earplugs. The front desk provided free drinking water and coffee, and you could use their refrigerator to keep beer cool. It's very close to the airport, practically in the geographical center of the island.
