The hotel is very nice. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. We are a family of three with a baby. It is very quiet at night, especially the room service. The front desk has arranged the room.

Checking in process was a hassle, as I booked VIP room, but it registered as a suite. However, staff had good problem solving skills, and one guy offered tea for the trouble. Staff are attentive. Bed was average, pillows not very comfortable. Location was great for entertainment, restaurants, and more. Unfortunately, the suite had poor soundproof design. Hens woke us up at 3am. Could hear pretty much the slightest of noise outside. Overall, decent for the location. Major issue is the soundproof design. Not for light sleepers.

Oh my gosh, there are pho noodles, fried rice, fried noodles, white porridge, but the only side dishes are smoked meat and fried sausage. Everything else is gone. When I ate it was 8:35am. Breakfast time is from 6-10am. When I ate, there were still many people eating with me. Overall, it was terrible. I advise everyone not to come. And I will never come back.
