The room was spacious and very clean, with excellent bedding and linens, comparable to a four-star hotel. The front desk lady was also very helpful and upgraded our room, making us feel right at home. The hotel has its own large parking lot with over 20 charging stations, which is especially convenient for electric vehicles. The hotel is very close to the Yellow River Tower and Lanzhou Old Street, within walking distance, making it very convenient. The room also offers a view of the Yellow River Tower at night.

This time I came to Lanzhou, I was really surprised by Lanzhou Aizhu Future Hotel! As soon as I exited Exit D of Xiaoxihu Subway Station, I went to Zhengning Road Night Market and Gansu Provincial Museum. The mobile phone self-check-in throughout the whole process, it is super convenient to open the door with your face. The room is intelligent voice control, and you can switch the lights and adjust the air conditioner when you shout. The bedding is soft. Rich breakfast, intimate service, free Hanfu experience. It’s really good to live here in Lanzhou!

The room environment is not bad, quite clean and tidy. The location is right next to the Lanzhou Center, but it is a little hard to find. The hotel service staff has a good attitude and a strong sense of service; but I still have to complain about it. I hope the hotel can make improvements. First of all, the room layout is a bit crowded and the aisle is very narrow. Secondly, the smell of water in the bathroom is a bit strong. You can smell it as soon as you enter the door, which makes people feel uncomfortable. Freshness, cleanliness and tidiness are still the primary concerns. Finally, the shower head in the shower room should be repaired. The holes on the shower head do not discharge water, and the water all comes out from the side. It took less than 8 minutes to wash in total. The water in the shower room overflowed directly to the door, and the floor was full of water.
