酒店地理位置很好，離張掖路很近，晚上逛街到中山街也近，但就是不太好停車，公共停車場停車費也貴，但也能理解，酒店工作人員服務態度很好，酒店設施也乾淨衞生智能，有點鬱悶的是窗户是假的，其他都很好

避雷！價值千元的iPad筆在房間被損壞，酒店處理方式極其糟糕：不調查、不協商、不賠償。衹要他們員工不承認，你就衹能自認倒黴。在這裏住，你的財物安全沒有任何保障。 入住期間，iPad電容筆被保潔誤插進水杯導致損壞。酒店僅憑員工一句“沒看見”就推卸全部責任，拒絕任何調查和賠償。態度令人寒心，大家入住務必保管好個人財物，因為損壞了酒店概不負責。

避雷！蘭州這家酒店毫無底線，千萬別來！
來蘭州旅遊，卻被這家酒店的操作惡心到極致！前台態度惡劣至極，溝通全程蠻橫不講理，稍有問題就擺臉色，毫無服務意識可言！
更離譜的是，不慎弄丟房卡後，酒店直接索要50元賠償，這價格完全脱離市場物價，簡直是漫天要價！難道路邊一個桃子標價1萬，路人不小心踩到，就要賠償1萬嗎？這種**邏輯實在讓人無法接受！
更讓人不齒的是，酒店扣款後全程不告知消費者，還偷偷找人刷好評，試圖掩蓋自身的惡劣服務，這種欺騙消費者、毫無誠信的行為，簡直太***了！
這次糟糕的住宿體驗，讓我對蘭州的印象大打折扣。後續我會向物價局、旅遊局以及市長熱線投訴到底，絕不縱容這種黑心企業破壞蘭州的城市形象！也希望蘭州相關部門能重視此類問題，加強監管，別讓這些不良商家毀了城市口碑！
