房間乾淨整潔，周邊公出門就是公交站，張掖路商業街離得近，距離黃河中山橋也近。前台服務禮貌熱情，因個人失誤發生點小問題很就給予解決了。

完全是因為服務去定的，本來定的是另一家，但是前台有個小姐姐特別熱情，帶我們進去，反正也不熟，看她服務很好，一直幫我們找車位帶我們走就定這家了，特別提出帶我們進去還有帶我們看房那兩個小姐姐，服務態度超級好
但是酒店硬件根本跟不上，空調很吵，雖然一説服務的人員就有趕緊過來，但是靜一會後，又開始吵，那會太晚，也沒辦法起來折騰了，整晚沒睡好
總結就是服務很好，五星五星！但是硬件很差

房間可以，衞生條件也挺好的乾淨，唯一不好的就是這個位置填的不行，上面寫的省政府地鐵站，然後我從省政府地鐵站出來找了半天沒找到打開導航發現在秦安路，這是兩個地方壓根不搭邊啊，當然了我也沒説這個地方不好，衹是大熱天的從省政府走到秦安路累死了，説遠不遠，説近也不近，就一站路，過個馬路就到了，就是讓人坐錯地方了有點煩，還有那個洗髮水就兩小罐，個人感覺有點少了，出去一趟回來就要洗一次澡不然身上黏糊糊的，但是有怕用完了下次沒有了，這點有待提高，有可能酒店已經想到了，衹要打電話前台就會送過來，這個我也不太清楚，所以不能下定論，不過總體來説挺好的，

延遲退房至15:00:這個絕對有，如果旅遊的朋友一定要訂這家，就算第二天再換個酒店，這個酒店也是非常好的選擇，三點退房，出來就可以入住下一家，不會讓你在外面等着兩點才可以，別的酒店都是十二點，睡都沒睡醒，再説了以前都是兩點退房，現在基本上都十二點了，就這家兩三點退房，這個人性化服務非常好，是賴床夥伴們的福音，我就是想反應一下這個省政府地鐵站這個東西趕緊改了，太扯了，要是打車我肯定會説省政府地鐵站，就完事了，到時候有得走過去所以就這點不行
