暑假帶娃入住温德姆酒店，很滿意的一次體驗，在體驗蘭州的同時，回酒店可以安靜的休息，也感受到酒店前台小謝熱情的接待，總之是值得再次入住的。

太差了，每件事每個人給的反饋都不一樣。
明確説要無煙房，樓下前台説是無煙房，關愛電話打過來説不是，做無煙處理。晚上樓層又説是無煙樓層。
精彩的是，床上全是煙味，呵呵。
最精彩的是，第三天對門開着門抽煙，煙味直接飄到房間來。打電話投訴，人家問，要是要給你處理下房間的煙味嗎？？！！又不是我在房間抽煙咯，搞笑伐？？？！！！
