前台服務很好熱情好客，衞生條件好，房間乾淨整潔，被褥床單乾淨，房間不僅乾淨，細節方面打掃的也一絲不苟，比如不起眼的角落，置物架等都非常的乾淨，沒有灰塵，一次非常滿意的酒店入住，誠摯推薦！前台的每一位工作人員都很好！

房間很不錯，服務非常好，賓至如歸，頂層的露台餐吧也不錯，就是菜品的價位相對比較高，但有一點，攜程上面贈送的一些額外服務前台人員好像不是很瞭解，比如延遲退房需要你自己和酒店前台確認

酒店位於黃河河畔，河邊有步道，景色秀麗，晚上可以看到城市夜景，房間乾淨整潔，有免費停車場。早餐豐富，味道很好，前台工作人員服務周到。

住過最貼心的酒店，前台美女帥哥服務特別好前台美女笑容甜美，主動告知周邊遊玩攻略。房間細節滿分，有加濕器、香薰，連女生卸粧棉都準備了。晚上還送了暖心的晚安甜湯。退房時不小心落下東西，工作人員第一時間聯繫我並幫忙寄回。服務無可挑剔，給足了賓至如歸的感覺，必須五星好評！
