房東在無事先通知情況下，擅自將我們一行四人的整套房換成四間分散在大樓內的獨立房間，協調過程態度極為傲慢，出言不遜。在無法確認房間前一位住客已離開的情況下要求我們入住，命令我們馬上發身份證給他。後續向有關部門反映後，房東仍不知悔改，在向有關部門的情況説明中歪曲事實，顛倒是非。奈何民宿竟屬於監管灰色地帶，最終住客、平台和當地有關部門均未能使此房東付出應有代價，還請後面的住客一定避雷！！
