環境乾淨整潔，整體裝修比較新。服務也不錯。 位置距離西站比較近，也可以去逛西站夜市，附近也有特色美食。 酒店的早餐很一般，屬於是低於平均的水平，不推薦。

前台小魏服務很熱情、周到、細緻。另外入住的第一間空調不熱，然後小魏這邊及時的幫我溝通維修，維修不好之後，又幫我換房。非常感謝！

此次出行選擇這家酒店，真的是太明智了！必須要來誇一誇咱們前台的小姐姐。辦理入住的時候，那效率超高，手續辦得麻溜兒快，完全沒讓我們多等一分鐘，對於帶着孩子、行李又多的我們來説，這一點真的太貼心了。而且啊，小姐姐自始至終都熱情洋溢，臉上的笑容就沒斷過，讓人心裏暖乎乎的。最讓人感動的是，我們一家三口剛到房間沒多久，就聽到敲門聲，一開門，居然是前台小姐姐特意送來給小朋友的小禮物。孩子當時眼睛都亮了，開心得不得了，這突如其來的驚喜，瞬間驅散了旅途的疲憊。小姐姐還主動加了我的微信，温和又細心地説，要是在住宿期間遇到任何事兒，隨時聯繫她就行，這服務，太讓人安心了！從踏入酒店的那一刻起，前台小姐姐就用她的專業與熱情，讓我們有了家一般的感覺。如此優質的服務，我毫不猶豫地給出五星好評！也強烈推薦給每一位出行的朋友，相信你們來這兒也一定會收穫同樣的温暖與舒適。
