有洗衣機烘乾機，離地鐵不行兩三分鐘，方便帶孩子出行。

1、衞生差：房間有小蟲，尤其衞生間，上廁所會深受其擾。窗户衹能打開一點兒，不開空調很悶，開空調有異味。
2、前台服務差：攜程預訂大人含早餐，小孩兒17歲以下都免費，前台卻説1.2以下免費。
3、本來睡著了，半夜悶醒了，枕頭就是棉花枕，前台旁邊放的記憶枕房間裏是沒有的，前台解釋説是要自己買。可笑的很，出門旅遊要自己買枕頭。睜眼好幾個小時都睡不着。
4、一早趕行程，退房還讓等，遲遲系統也不給退。
勸退了，不會再住如家了。衞生不行，服務更差。
