房間不算特別大，但佈局很合理，放了行李箱也不覺得擠。最關鍵的是乾淨，床單被罩沒有異味，衞生間的玻璃門和鏡子都擦得乾乾淨淨，連洗手枱邊的縫隙裏都沒什麼水漬，看得出來保潔做得挺仔細。

房間乾淨整潔，完全沒有異味，床品摸着很舒服，睡得特別香。衞生間乾濕分離做得不錯，熱水供應很足，水壓也合適。最驚喜的是房間裏還配了小冰箱，細節處感覺很用心。

很少主動點評一個酒店，還是給滿分好評，其實在我眼裡五星級酒店硬件都差不多了，無外乎就是新舊位置罷了!差異往往體現在服務上!
本次蘭州出差，真的這裏要感謝酒店前台小毛，讓我感受到了蘭州人民的熱情和萬達酒店家的温暖!蘭州萬達，值得推薦!這每一個細節都很周到。良好的服務態度，每位員工都非常熱情，酒店大堂巨幅掛非常有特色，非常喜歡酒店的建築風格。讓人感覺很舒適。酒店裡的香氛高級感十足，環境很好。非常適合拍照。房間寬敞，乾乾淨淨，整整齊齊，晚上很安靜，各種設施很齊全，牆裂推薦！

酒店環境特別好，大堂裝修典雅，房間裏還放了綠植，天使coco服務讓人感覺很舒服。浴室水壓足，熱水熱得快，洗去一天的疲憊太爽了。早上還吃了餐廳的牛肉麪，真的很贊，主要是服務好，挺滿意的。
