The National Day holiday lasted 8 days and 7 nights. The hotel I stayed in Lanzhou on the last day was really the worst hotel. First of all, it was an apartment hotel? B&B? There is no front desk. I had to call the hotel to get the password to check in. The room is relatively large. I booked a loft. The cleanliness is average. There are white water stains on the bathroom, sink, and shower. When I opened the cabinet under the sink, I found a pair of used disposable slippers. The most infuriating thing was that the water was cut off at night. I contacted the property and was told that they didn't know what was going on and that the property was investigating. I didn't know when the water would come, and there was no relevant remedial measures. I just took off my clothes and prepared to take a shower, but there was no water. Finally, the water came back and I went to take a shower, but I found that the water temperature would not rise and after a while the bathroom circuit breaker tripped. After contacting them, they said that only the water heater was not working. I can only use P1 or the circuit breaker will trip. After adjusting it back, it still doesn't work and it's still tripping. The water temperature won't go up and I can't take a shower at all. It's already 12 o'clock and no one in the family can take a shower. We had to go to bed because we had to catch the high-speed train the next day. The contact with Ctrip was handled promptly. It was too late to change hotels, and there was only one big bed that could not accommodate everyone. I hope everyone will make their own decisions about this hotel.

This is a two-room apartment converted from a duplex, with the upper and lower floors converted into two rooms. The stairs to the second floor are very crowded and impossible to pass with a large suitcase. There are very few sockets in the room. It's the first time I've stayed in such a speechless hotel.

It was very hot upstairs, and all the toiletries in the room were empty boxes with nothing in them.

The power circuit breaker tripped at night and the water ran out halfway through my shower, and the electric water heater wouldn’t turn on. The power tripped again in the morning and the toilet wouldn't flush. I was woken up early in the morning by the sound of electricity from the renovation work next door. The room was just renovated and the smell was still there. The air conditioner was set up improperly, blowing towards the bed upstairs, causing one side to be cold and the other hot, and it was hot and stuffy downstairs. The smart housekeeper is not smart at all, so it’s better to turn it off to avoid any trouble. Currently the hotel has no front desk, the map cannot be found, the road is difficult to find, and it is particularly inconvenient to drive by yourself.
