房間很大，風筒好評，早餐的拉麪加辣椒很好吃，停車場在負三層不太方便，不過因為限高停在露天的也給免了停車費，總體還不錯。

3. 出差多次入住，每次都很滿意！交通便利，房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全，尤其是衞浴設備，乾濕分離設計很合理。隔音效果出色，晚上休息特別安靜。還有24小時的貼心服務，半夜點的夜宵很快就送到房間，暖心又周到！

這個酒店需要用三個字來形容的話就是特別差！
首先，我們訂了兩個房間，提前備註好因為帶着長者和孩子需要挨着住，入住當天下午14：30左右到酒店，前台告知我們目前房間沒有收拾出來。我們詢問入住時間不是下午兩點嗎，前台説對，但是保潔還在收拾。我們問多久，前台回覆一個多小時，原因是我們要挨着的房間所以需要等。我表示在此之前已經備註好，如果不能按時入住可以提前告知我，也不至於我帶着長者和睡覺的孩子從高鐵站匆匆趕來結果在酒店門口等待，然後我們詢問既然沒有按照正常的時間辦理入住需要等一個多小時的話能否有可以升級的房間給我們呢？得到的回覆是酒店是有帶浴缸的房間和河景房間，但是由於我們自身的原因想要挨着的房間不是他們的原因所以也並沒有為我們升級。就這樣帶着長者和孩子在門口等了一個多小時，終於進了房間，結果眼前看到的景象讓我們傻眼了，如下圖所示。但秉承着就住兩天不想麻煩的想法還是入住了。
入住之後酒店的早餐再次驚到了我們，早晨9點去餐廳吃飯，多種食物已經接近空盤，蛋炒飯裏幾乎沒有雞蛋，且是涼的，橙汁像水一樣，完全沒有味道，包子花捲等都是速凍食品，看着這樣真的連勉強果腹都做不到，完全沒有胃口草草吃了幾口，衹好打包兩塊紅薯，兩個小麪包上樓，上樓一嘗紅薯，根本沒蒸熟，硬的！
入住的時候酒店告知我們如果有車輛可以在前台登記車牌，停到地下停車場是免費的。進到房間裏用電話致電酒店工作人員進行了車牌號登記。但是第二天早晨開出停車場顯示需要繳費27元，停車場出口狹窄，無奈衹好堵在出口給酒店打電話溝通。用了好幾分鐘前台才再次給錄入進去，一句抱歉也沒有。
遊玩回來13點左右，長者的房間刷卡刷不進去，試了好久都打不開門，衹好到隔壁房間打電話給前台請求幫助，酒店工作人員到了之後質問長者怎麼回事為什麼刷不開門了？…我想請問難道不是應該我們問你們怎麼回事嗎？？
種種導致真的對這個酒店的印象太差了！！一路旅行從中衞過來的，上一站中衞的酒店非常非常好，工作人員特別熱情，酒店非常乾淨，所缺物品隨時補齊，早餐很美味且很乾凈。果然不能對比！
來蘭州特意選擇了在攜程平台訂了洲際的品牌酒店，到了這衹有一個感覺就是差！臟！地面都是腳印，桌面上盡是灰塵，窗簾紗簾都是臟的，居然還有多處飲料杯子印記，馬桶旁邊還有大量尿印！甚至可以説到處都是臟的！連華住會的連鎖酒店都比不上！
房間門是壞的，必須用大力關才能關上，但同時也意味着非常擾民，樓道里哪個房間關門幾乎整個樓道都能聽到巨大的聲音！房間衹提供1包紙巾，也沒有小冰箱，總體感覺就是差！工作人員態度很一般，不僅完全感覺不到熱情，甚至有些傲慢，一副愛住不住的樣子。就這還洲際旗下？真的差極了！
