酒店房間，設施，環境什麼的都沒話説，很符合我們對一家商旅酒店的預期，可是不得不吐槽一下停車場工作人員，一個年輕小夥子都已經很熱情的為我們找車位了，來了箇中年女人，都給她看了我們酒店訂單，非要我們先去酒店辦理了入住，拿房卡去停車，下着雨，我們來回跑，流程不合理，也沒有一點以人為本的服務意思，酒店真的要重視一下了

我從未想過需要寫這樣一篇差評，但這家店實在太差，我必須要寫差評，以免其他消費者重蹈覆轍。
我原本定了兩天，但是進去之後我發現房間的衞生狀況極其惡劣。不僅床單上有明顯的污漬，衞生間的地面還有未清理乾淨的頭髮和積水，牀頭櫃還有瓜子殼，整個晚上外面有巨響，而且窗户是壞的，不能關完全達不到一家正規酒店應有的基本衞生標準。這嚴重影響了我的入住心情和健康安全。
所以第二天早上就提前退房了，前台承諾可以為我辦理退款。基於對酒店的信任，我接受了這個解決方案並離開了酒店。
但在約定的退款時間內，我並未收到任何款項。最後還是攜程平台幫我退的。
總結
1. 衞生不達標：基礎清潔都做不好。
2. 承諾不兑現：前台有權承諾卻無權執行，管理脱節。
3. 缺乏誠信：事後抵賴，毫無商業信譽可言。

地理位置挺好，在步行街，離夜市近，房間也挺乾淨，就是乾濕分離的洗澡間有點小，我們房間臨街，有點吵，晚上12點還有人説話，早上4點又開始，這可能就是身處鬧市區的弊端吧，服務人員挺好，停車延遲了一小時，退房時把東西落到大廳了，正是退房時期，人來人往的，等想起來返回去已經好久，前台服務人員給收了，雖然不是貴重東西，但是還是很感謝。
