Huanghe Yinran Hotel is a satisfactory hotel for me to stay in Lanzhou. Walking into the lobby is very magnificent, and I like the decoration and design style very much. The service of the front desk assistant is very good. He checked me in very durable and issued an invoice for me after check-out. The room is comfortable and spacious. If you need anything, call the front desk and the room will be delivered. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant is very complete and tastes great. The beef noodles taste very authentic. I will choose this hotel again when I come to Lanzhou next time.

Love the room design and grateful for the free treats. The location is around 10mins walk to the lanzhou west train station, however during my stay there, part of the road was under construction, so it wasn't the most easiest to get around especially when the round overhead bridge only had stairs. Nearby there are lots of malls and place to eat. For the room itself, despite the cosy ambience, it rirks of smoke smell especially on my first day. At night, it's even worst as the air filter started leaking more cigarettes stench into my room. There is also no hairdryer provided. And what happened to the mountain view room I was supposed to have? The view outside is just the road and some dirty cityscapes. I was so looking forward to that 🫤. I was also locked out of my room after the first night, and luckily one of the cleaner helped me unlock my room and save me from making another trip down to the receptionist. Overall I will still recommend a stay.

The first question: I can’t believe that there is only one elevator in the entire hotel. I encountered elevator maintenance that day, so I ran up the stairs and collapsed! (The guy at the front desk carried my two big suitcases to the sixth floor) My child is less than two years old, so he has to be carried upstairs by adults! Second question: There is only one check-in counter in the hotel lobby, so how can one be enough when there are many guests? There was also a self-service check-in machine at the counter, but I was told that it couldn't be used. In the end, I had to check in at only one counter! The third question: There is a fence at the entrance of the hotel. You cannot enter the hotel immediately after getting off the taxi. You must get off at the intersection a little behind and walk to the hotel. This is not recommended for those with children and a lot of luggage. You must walk to the intersection every time you go out to take a taxi. . The fourth question: On that day, I offered to voluntarily add money to change to a larger and better room type, so I referred to Ctrip’s pictures. I was later told that the pictures were different from the real rooms because the room type pictures had not been updated in time. As a professional hotel brand, the above points are very disappointing! I don't give negative reviews because I don't want to be disturbed.

The shower water is big and hot. The only downside is that the aromatherapy in the corridor is not good and the attitude of the female receptionist at the front desk is average. The parking lot attendant is very nice, but I am not satisfied with the female receptionist at the front desk.

The hotel is right next to Lanzhou Old Street, and parking is free in the underground garage. There are many classic restaurants opposite, including beef noodles. There is nothing to say about the location and environment. The family room in the hotel is also very large and very comfortable. We, a family of 6, including three generations, were very satisfied and comfortable with our stay. The bed was so comfortable that I didn’t even think about it on the third day. The hotel is in a great location, opposite the Gansu Provincial Government and very close to the pedestrian street. The front desk lady was very nice and helped me upgrade to a quiet room. I have stayed at Hilton hotels many times along the way, and this brand is trustworthy. My favorite thing is the breakfast vegetable salad at Hilton Hotel

There is a bus stop downstairs, and it is more convenient to take a taxi. There is a particularly lively Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street nearby. There is a night market that is very prosperous. The food inside is Lanzhou's characteristics. You can recommend friends and come here to check in. This time I stayed at this hotel and I felt pretty good. The environment was very elegant, but their lobby was on the 6th floor. The front desk staff was particularly enthusiastic and may come to live next time.

Although room is small it is well designed. All the required amenties are available. Loved the free use of washing machine and dryer. Excellent reception service. Location is right next to Lanzhou train station.

Very convenient location right by the train station and close to lots of great food options. Staff were helpful and assisted in extending our stay. Laundry machine is available but you have to have your own detergent. Complimentary alcohol wipes, face wash, and other goodies were much appreciated.

I came to Lanzhou to listen to Lin Junjie's concert. When I went back, the flight was cancelled. I stayed in Lanzhou for one night. I changed to the early morning flight. I lived near the airport. There was a pick-up service. It was very convenient. Lanzhou Airport was too far from the city.
