We spent 16 nights over Christmas and New Year at the Fariones and had a great time. The Hotel is beautifully and tastefully renovated with subtle luxury in a classic mid- century design which you would typically find in smaller boutique hotels. Many old features of the traditional Fariones Hotel were kept which all together provides a very comfortable and classy and elegant atmosphere without being stuffy or fussy. The grounds and garden resemble top luxury resorts in Thailand or the Maldives with plenty of palm trees, exotic gardens and many different and private areas for lounging, sun bathing, relaxing and so on. All 3 restaurants have their own style with great food and service. All rooms have sea views with a high level of comfort, design and decoration The sports center 2 minutes walk away although a little older offered everything needed and more... The hygiene concept was professional and taken seriously Hotel Director Jörg and his team made great efforts during Christmas and New Year with a classy programme of dining, entertainment, live music and daily piano sessions which all in all provided a very festive atmosphere. The multinational team of the Fariones displayed a very positive spirit. The hotel opened only a few month before the holiday season and it seemed that everone was exited to be back in business ater 4 yers of renovation. Despite the reopening there was not a single negative service moment in over 2 weeks. Just to name a few staff members who made it a special stay for us: Arnaud, Emilie and Javier from reception. Fransisco, Anna, Miriam and Elke from Guest relations. Marco, Elizabeth, Veronica, Ivano, Isaac and Julius from service Harriet and Patrick from Kaori The Lobby bar team Thanks to the Fariones team for a great Holiday I wish you all the best for the co ming months in this challenging pandemic times. LOVED staying here, first ever hotel I booked and it was so nice the kindness and service the front desk gave us. The view of the ocean was amazing. Our room was outstanding. The entertainment was great! We couldn’t help but get on the dance floor! I would say the only issues was the flies that was everywhere when we were outside, but the bartender let us know it was just timing.

We were super happy with everything. The house is very nice, everything is well maintained and has a very nice outdoor area including an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and pool. The contact with the landlords was courteous at all times and everything worke

LLouis ConnorExtremely welcoming staff and clean reception area, every member of staff took the time to greet us and smile! The decor is well considered and provides a luxury feel. We were offered a complimentary coffee whilst we waited for our room to be ready. The room has everything you need and we had a lovely view of the Arrecife coast. The beds were comfortable as were the other amenities with bonus points for a great bathroom and powerful shower! Towards the evening we spent time on the top floor in the hotels 'Solarium' which featured a hot tub and more glorious views of the Arrecife coast. We would not hesitate to book again as we found our stay to represent excellent value!

I had a Seaview room (14) and was spacious and clean with your own balcony
All staff from Reception/Cleaners/Bar Staff were lovely and friendly none could be faulted
I can see why it’s always booked up in advance but if I get a chance would definitely book here again

MMarcin SzymonFabulous staff always to help! Very clean place. Very good breakfast on a roof terrace with ocean view is a piece of magic. There is relax place on the terrace too.
The worst thing is very weak soundproofing, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything what is going around in the hotel. Lack of air conditioning, but in December it was not necessary for me.

GGuest UserIdeally located in quiet part close to old town as well as the *****. Two pool areas (one with shallow kids pool) and food available by larger pool -also small dining area just past reception (good selection for breakfast).
Pool table for older kids and small playground for toddlers onsite.
Very clean complex and friendly staff. Fully equipped kitchenette and lovely powerful shower in bathroom which I loved!
Close to lots of shops and restaurants, but relatively steep stroll downhill to beach, fine for us but could be a workout with buggy or if any mobility issues. There was on street parking outside if hiring a car. Lots of taxis around if not! We enjoyed exploring the local areas on foot after a day of sightseeing…some great restaurants close by in the old town.
No air con in the apartment that we could see (but we didn’t ask either as we stated at end January so 24 Celsius and pleasant indoors and out) - recommend checking if going at peak times.
Pools weren’t heated but nice for a dip- clean and lifeguards on duty at both between 9:30 and 6pm.
Relaxing short break at lovely complex, we’ll be back!

GGuest UserNice and clean and great location. Street it is on felt a little dark and we were wary walking down it at night. Only downside was noise levels , everything seemed to echo so we could hear doors slamming, people walking and talking all night, shower from room upstairs etc

MMichaelJohnthis hotel is perfect if you want easy way to get to airport the next day. there is a bus stop 5 min walk away, the buses connect all the island. the staff are efficient and polite. they helped me print my boarding pass at no charge. I didn't try the dinner buffet(half a dozen dishes)but looked good for about 18 euros. there is a big map of arrecife on the wall that you can photo and use to get around the city. we had a sea view room,recommended the view is nice.

Mmocha is in europeGot a nice sea view at the common area. (I saw fireworks at night because of their festival).
Since it's bear to the playa Chica, you can just go swimming there and look your stuff in the hostel without worrying getting stolen. Very nice for solo travelers! Btw it really work snorkeling or swimming to see the fish there!!!
It's also near to the bus stop las Vista and the shopping mall so you can get to playa Blanca/arricefe/airport/any tours you joined easily.
Have laundry and drying service for 10 euros (but you have to ask for the staff at the reception).
The reception staffs don't speak English well but they try their best to communicate with me with Google translate, which I appreciate.

GGuest UserJust had my 1st ever solo trip to ereza Los hibiscus I loved every minute and felt so comfortable being on my own although I did meet some lovely down to earth people and the staff were so friendly and happy to help in anyway they could will definitely stay here again 100 per cent
