The most upscale and expensive five-star hotel in the area with a very low cost-performance ratio. The hotel breakfast is very average. We booked a room for more than 4,000 yuan a night and stayed for three nights. There was no toilet paper, no toothbrush, no shower cap and cotton swab in the room, and no razor. I asked the front desk twice before it was delivered, and it was only delivered once in three days. The slippers were wet and they were not changed for room cleaning. Only one pair of slippers was given in three days. It's incredible... The hotel's sauna costs 60 euros per person, and the free one can only be used at the public sports venue across the road. We have stayed in countless five-star hotels in Europe every year. This is a hotel with poor cost-performance and service!

Wir besuchen dieses Hotel bereits zum 5. mal.. Im lebendigen Puerto del Carmen ist das Hotel Fariones eine Oase. Ruhig, mit einem herrlichen Garten und direktem Zugang zum großen Strand und zu einer idyllischen kleinen Bucht. Im Infinity Pool fühlt es sich an, als wenn man im Meer schwimmen würde. Dieses ist unser 4. Besuch im Fariones gewesen. Service, Hotelanlage und Speisenangebot sowie die Qualität der Speisen und deren Darbietung haben im jeden Detail höchstes Niveau. Die Sauberkeit ist in allen Bereichen außerordentlich. Die öffentlichen Toiletten im Pool/Gartenbereich, Restaurant und Bar sind immer tadellos und ich konnte beobachten, dass die Direktion selbst täglich dort Begehung macht, damit dieser Zustand auch immer gewährleistet ist. Die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter, egal ob Rezeption, Restaurant, Bar, Housekeeping und Poolservice ist großartig. Hat man einen Wunsch, wird alles getan, um diesen Wunsch zu erfüllen. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder !!!

Such a fabulous hotel, gardens are amazing! We rate this hotel as one of the best we’ve stayed in, and we have stayed in some good ones! Shame about the actual island, full of Irish bars! Stay inside your hotel and not burst the bubble!

An excellent hotel with first class facilities, staff and levels of service. It's not cheap but you're receiving a very high standard in all aspects, which equates for myself as being very good value.

Stayed for a week found the staff to be very professional and friendly. The hotel is really nice, colonial feel in the main areas and lots of beds and space in the gardens. We liked the roof pool area as there is no shade. Our room was well appointed but a double it was 2 beds together and made up as such. The room was spotless and well maintained the jacuzzi was a great feature, but the trees are now so high they spoiled any view we had. We ate at the Asian restaurant and it was of a very good standard as was the wine from the associated winery.

The room is excellent ,clean ,bed the comfiest ,pillows are the fluffiest . Everything is into perfection , Every details are excellent ,nothing is out of place . The service is very good . Special mention to Team pool , Nikki,Clara, Miguel and Silvia ,also the rest of the team ,they are a big part of this place , they worked so hard and very friendly . Hope to return to this place again .

A beautiful well maintained hotel with stunning gardens. The staff were amazing from beginning to end! The dining options and the quality of food was exceptional.We will definitely return!

Nice hotel overall but not 5 stars. Upon arrival no directions for parking, nobody reaches out to help with luggage until you go to front desk. Multiple loungers around a small pool create definitely not 5 star impression. Rooms though are cozy and nicely renovated. The island itself is majestic and getting out of hotel was the best thing to do!
