Nos hemos alojado recientemente en este hotel y la experiencia ha sido fantástica de principio a fin. Las instalaciones son muy buenas, cómodas y limpias, pero lo que realmente marcó la diferencia fue el personal. Queremos hacer una mención especial a Isaac (camarero) quien nos atendió con una amabilidad y profesionalismo excepcionales. Siempre con una sonrisa, dispuesto a ayudar y a hacer que nuestra estancia fuera lo más agradable posible. Personas como él son las que hacen que uno quiera volver. ¡Gracias por todo, Isaac, y al equipo del hotel por su gran trabajo! Repetiremos sin duda.

This is one of the best hotels i have stayed in for a long time. Right from check in to check out the staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel has a fantastic location and all rooms have some sea view. Everywhere was very clean and there were lots of facilities for the guests. Food was excellent, plenty of choice and very fresh. In all I could not fault the hotel in anyway.

This is our fifth visit to the Natura Palace and each time exceeds our expectations. From the moment you arrive you are met with a warm greeting and a smile. All of the staff are friendly, welcoming and polite nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is immaculate in all areas the cleanliness is of the highest standard. The restaurant caters for all dietary needs with vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free choices. Some reviews say this hotel is mainly for older guests, but there were lots of younger people, maybe it depends on the time of year for your visit. There is a variety of entertainment in both the lobby bar and pool bar, also the Marea bar a short walk from the hotel.All in all this a fantastic hotel and we look forward to our next visit. A big thank you everyone for a wonderful holiday.

Very nice hotel. Booked a last minute 7 nights b&b ,it was a great choice. Hotel just the right size for us. Entrance hall very unique, great first impression,arrived very early and were given our room immediately which is always well appreciated. Lovely room,bathroom and balcony overlooking sea and pool. No matter what time you got to pool always sunbeds to be available which is great these days. Breakfast was brilliant, you really could have something different everyday,all good quality food,juices and coffee or tea .. there are some lovely walks outside the hotel along a brilliant promenade which made it very accessible,let's face it you need a walk after the breakfasts on offer.😁😁we never went to the entertainment as it is not our thing,but we heard it going on every night,if it's for you. Did eat in restaurant on 2 occasions,it is a typical buffet,but I did find giant fresh prawns and steak so I was happy . The wine was extremely good value with our meal,a nice bottle of Rioja for a minimum amount,so happy with that . The only issue I had were the bathroom towels have seen better days and were not changed enough. I must be spoilt from other hotels around the world 🌎🌎. But it would not stop me from going back in a flash.

Best hotel I have ever stayed at the staff especially Erwan the animations worker. He was so lovely and brought a wonderful and fun atmosphere to our stay! There was many activities such as a mojito making class and water aerobics. The hotel was extremely clean and accommodating. I would love to stay at this hotel again.

Verbleven voor 12 nachten,super hotel met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.Een keuken die elke dag verrast en varieertd.Alles was top.!!!! Rustige ligging en mooi uitzicht op zee.wie van wandelen houdt en zo de drukkere kanten wil bezoeken een top locatie.

Had the most peaceful and relaxing long weekend at this hotel as a couple in our 20s. The atmosphere was lovely, everything was spotless, and the grounds were spacious—no fighting for sunbeds in the morning! Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Highly recommend for a calm, stress-free getaway. Can’t wait to return!

This was our second visit to this hotel and we weren’t disappointed. Lovely clean room overlooking the pools with a sea view. Two good sized pools one heated, plenty of new sun beds enough for everyone just a shame some were covered early with towels and the occupants didn’t return for a few hours. Food was excellent, great choice, freshly cooked steaks, chicken, fish and large prawns on the grill every day but a great assortment for vegetarians as well. Everywhere is spotless, the staff on the whole are very friendly and work very hard especially the pool bar in the evening keeping everyone topped up. Decent gym for us saddos who still need to go even on holiday. The hotel is set in lovely immaculate gardens with a tennis court, crazy golf, 5 boule pitches a volleyball court and football pitch. It is a bit tired in places but is closing next year for a few months for a refurbishment. We will definitely be returning sometime next year.
