Los Zocos Impressive Lanzarote

We are here at the moment and are really happy with everything. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Hotel and pool areas are clean and well maintained and the food is great. Always some kind of grilled or roasted meat and fish available, although vegetable options are old be nice but as a family of 4 so far we have not had a bad meal. My only grumble so far is the A La Carte restaurant. When we checked in Laura on reception gave us a map and showed us where all the restaurants and bars are in the hotel and explained that we are allowed one visit and need to book at reception. She gave us this information whilst putting the all inclusive bands on myself, my husband and our 17 and 12 year olds. We went back to reception the following day to book in only to be told it is adults only!!! Why on earth would you tell us about a restaurant that we are not even allowed to eat in? Very frustrating and bizarre, I’ve never known anything like it especially when there is no other Adult only areas in the hotel as I’m aware of.

This is my favourite place to stay in Costa teguise, I've stayed here many times and will be back in September. The staff are very friendly, rooms nice, always clean and spacious. The food is very good, always a great selection. It's good location, 5 odd minute walk to beach, supermarket next door, I definitely recommend.

Stayed at the Los Zocos report from 13th - 20th May. Hotel staff are very friendly and complex very clean. Rooms were quite basic but large with big balcony. (we had a 1 bed appartment) and very clean, although considering the sofa's were also used as beds I did think the sheets should have been changed at least one during out stay. Food was good, although the snack options were a little repetative and I feel vegtables should aways be an option at dinner time. The wine wasn't to my taste and the cocktails were pre-made out of a machine and extremely sweet. Due to where our room was located we were woken up every morning (without fail!!) between 5.30 - 6.30am by a recycling lorry (I think).... reversing beepers then the very loud sound of glass bottles being emptied and kegs being moved. Not ideal and something you want on your holiday. Thank goodness my children were only disturbed once due to this noise. Children's disco didn't start until 8.15 - 8.30pm, which I personally feel is too late for 3&4 year old, so unfortunately they never enjoyed this. Plenty of sun loungers and although the pools were cold you were fine once in and the children enjoyed them! Bars and resturants are only a 10 minute stroll away. Beach the same distance.

This is an amazing hotel for families. We were a group of 15 ranging in age from 3 to 70. Everyone had a great experience. Rooms were spotless, maid came every day. A number of great pools but we stayed at the quiet pool which was perfect for our wee ones. We were all inclusive and there was something for everyone especially the teenagers who loved the snack bar. Entertainment at night was good craic. The hotel is across the road from the beach and a short walk into the local shops and bars. The staff are amazing and helpful in every area. We will definitely be returning to this amazing hotel.😎

There is nothing fundamentally wrong with this hotel, the rooms are modern and spacious, with air conditioning and large balcony and kitchenette however the beds are rock hard I was offered a mattress topper but it didn’t make much difference.. they have a kids club most mornings and afternoons for about 90 mins where you can leave the children which caters for 4 year and up plus soft play for toddlers with parents .. I was on the all inclusive program the drinks were of very poor quality as was food in the snack bar, burgers long life rolls hot dogs pasta and chips mostly cheap ice lollies and ice cream, the pools are very cold I came last weeks of may and didn’t go in due to them being too cold, the hotel is very clean and friendly ample sun beds and towel service for a €10 deposit, the food in the main restaurant was not good the pancakes that you can have made for you I have never seen pancakes so thin the toaster takes a ages and just the standard of food in my opinion was poor,
