This place is so run down that it’s equivalent to a cheap dodgy hostel or backpackers. Definitely needs a commercial clean up and full on renovation. The carpets have a mouldy stench. The staff and management we superb and very accommodating to our complaints and this is the only reason why we stayed there instead of leaving on day 1 of our 3 day stay. They attempted to do everything they could within their power or control to keep us satisfied.

Old hotel. Stayed in king bed room but the bed like queen bed. Very uncomfortable to sleep with daughters by your side. Iron also got problem. Nothing to impress about this hotel.

Smooth checked in. Spacious room. Magnificent view. Friendly staffs. Many parking available. Relaxing pool for the kids. Great taste for the room service menu. Good price and service for the spa. Excellent water pressure…..first time staying and will definitely come again. Congratulations and all the best!

Such a great and very strategic place to stay. Very friendly staff from the lobby reception up to the room service assistance and cleaner. Surely will come again here.

Room is spacious and clean. It’s a Muslim hotel hence prayer mat and Al-Quran are provided in the room. Azan is played through the PA system and can be heard from the room which is an added value. Staff are very welcoming. Breathtaking sea view from the balcony, very breezy air and nice ambiance. Will definitely book this hotel again.

I always choose this hotel in langkawi as it is nearby my kids boarding school. Plenty of parking space. And near to the mall. Food is reasonably priced, considering this is a hotel. We booked seaview room and the sunset view are amazing!

The hotel price is cheap and it is ok if for simple stay.

Location was nice, staff were friendly but the breakfast tasted very old and the fitness center was underwhelming

All are good. Bkfst ok, internet ok. Easy to find foot nearby. Overall good

Poor maintenance. Air conditioning not functioning. My family and I need to wait about 1 hour for their maintenance guy to come and do some checking, which i have to call receptionist few times. Then, they changed to another room but similar issue still happened. I’ve been staying in this hotel few years back and somehow the hotel condition is getting worse!!
