I chose the Hilton Garden Inn after comparing several hotels on Ctrip for a trip with my parents to Langfang to see 'Only the Dream of the Red Chamber.' The check-in process went fairly smoothly, and the room facilities and cleanliness were decent. However, we still encountered several issues during our stay. Firstly, the in-room amenity list mentioned a non-slip bath mat, but when I requested it, I was told they only had bath towels to place outside the shower. The hotel didn't provide any anti-slip items for the bathroom. Since I was concerned about my parents' safety during showering, I didn't let them shower on the first day. However, the hotel's housekeeping staff was very responsible and bought non-slip slippers for us the very next day. Secondly, the hairdryer had very weak airflow, making it impossible to dry long hair. I reported this to the hotel, and they assured me they would rectify it as soon as possible. Finally, the hotel's breakfast offered a good variety. However, on the first day, all the salads in the salad bar were served on ice. My parents couldn't eat such cold food early in the morning. When I asked the staff, they initially said there were no room-temperature options. Later, as we were almost done eating, a supervisor came by and said there were room-temperature salads, but they would take a while to prepare. As I was in a hurry to take my parents to the show, I didn't pursue it further. However, for breakfast on the second day, the restaurant specifically prepared room-temperature salads for us, showing a proactive approach to service. I just hope that the issues I've raised will not only benefit our family but also prompt the hotel to pay attention to these service details, improving the experience for future guests as well.

The team at the hotel is simply amazing. I was arriving by bicycle from Cangzhou after riding along the China Grand Canal and the staff at the Hotel supported me in all ways possible. Many thanks for their kindness and generosity.

Although the area is small, it is well-equipped and the fly in the ointment. The bathroom design is not reasonable, a bit small, open and close the door, dry and wet separation, slightly crowded. Health Hanting is still trustworthy. Overall satisfactory, good service, support takeaway and replenish bottled water, robot delivery is very convenient.

The location of this hotel is quite good, it is very convenient to go to the attractions, it does not cost much to take a taxi, and it is not difficult to come back after shopping. The room was cleaned up and the living was practical. Come to Langfang to choose this. It was really worry-free to live.

The room facilities are very good, the door is convenient for parking, the only downside is that it is about 1 to 4 pm, the roof will intermittently come from the sound, others are fine, this noise is also nothing to do with the hotel, I don’t know if it is upstairs. The guest or someone, I am worried that sleeping at night will also sound. It’s nothing to sleep at night, it’s quiet, peace of mind 😌 I don't know about breakfast. For me who is sensitive to skin and has a slight cleanliness on the bedding, I sleep very comfortably. Stayed for 3 nights, when leaving the store, the child said that if he had the opportunity to come to Langfang again, he would still live here!

This hotel is amazing! Convenient location, the subway is within walking distance. The front desk service is efficient and welcoming, the rooms are spacious and clean, the bedding is comfortable to not remember, and the sound insulation and shading effect are full. The wet and dry separation bathroom is super intimate, hot water is sufficient, and the details are full. Health zero dead ends, service warm to the heart, next time you come to live!
