I stayed at a great hotel in District 10. The dining outlets offered delicious local cuisine, perfect for a quick bite. I enjoyed activities like visiting nearby flower markets and exploring cozy cafes. Perfect spot for city lovers!

The location was hard to find, in a small alley with no signs. I walked around several times without success. Finally, an old lady saw me wandering around and called me over. That's how I found out I was in this alley. The old lady spoke Vietnamese, but I couldn't communicate with her in Chinese or English. Even the strange sounds from the translation machine didn't work for her. She led me to a right-hand alley, through a narrow passage, up a mountain-like staircase to a rooftop attic, one side of which was a tin shed. There was a neighbor's cat that kept running around, which was really annoying. First of all, the price was completely not worth it. The payment on the website was just a deposit; you had to pay an extra 500,000 VND upon arrival, and you wouldn't get a refund from the website for several days after you checked out. This fee forced me to go to Ben Thanh Market to exchange some more VND. Don't be fooled by the beautiful pictures on the website. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews either. Ctrip is a big scammer. They've scammed enough in China, and now they're scamming Chinese people again in Vietnam. Damn it. Next time, I'll only ask friends to book. I'll take down Ctrip. **** you.

I stayed here on my last day in Vietnam as a solo traveler. I chose it because I had an afternoon flight and wanted somewhere with easy access to the city center, but also close to the airport. While it's slightly more expensive than other hotels, the staff's service, room cleanliness, and excellent location were truly outstanding. It's definitely a place I'd want to stay again when I return to Vietnam. I used an external laundry service and requested delivery, but I wasn't available to receive it. When I asked the staff if they could handle the payment and reception for me, they readily agreed. They even put the change from the money I'd left in advance neatly together. When I lost my room key, I wasn't charged, which was very considerate of them. In other hotels, you often have to brace yourself for cohabiting with insects, but I didn't see a single ant here. It's a wonderfully well-maintained establishment.

It's a good place for staying a few days. Not so far from the downtown. They speak English, very nice and polite. The room is clean, but a bit small for 2 people.

It's an old building, but it's clean. I booked a room with a window, but it was next to the shower room and the entrance door. There is no window around the bed. There is one power outlet for charging under the desk next to the bed. There is no water or soap, so you need to bring what you need in advance or buy it from a nearby supermarket.

We got a family room and it was large and clean. Modern looking. Comfortable beds. Small kitchenette area was nice. Only thing that was annoying was that there were little tiny ants when we checked in. And got worse throughout the stay. I would have given 5 stars if check in was easier. It was difficult to get a hold of someone as this is like an apartment style vs a hotel. No lobby and no one on site to check us in. Reaching someone was difficult if you don't have a Vietnam cell. Overall would stay here again. Great location. Night time was quiet but still quite noisy in the am mostly with people on loud speakers, not traffic noise.

The worst thing about traveling is encountering a terrible hotel, but this little hotel was truly nice. The owner was incredibly kind; he even came out to greet me and take me upstairs, worried I might get lost. He patiently helped answer any questions I had about getting around the area and offered recommendations. The room even had a refrigerator, bowls and chopsticks, and instant noodles. Anyone who's ever been away from home knows how thoughtful these little details are, and they were all provided free of charge. I've stayed in some hotels in other counties that didn't even provide water and charged extra; the environment was terrible, and they were more expensive than this hotel. This is a great hotel, highly recommended!
