Gas grill on the terrace. Separate sauna building, sauna has wood-fired stove, dressing room. The plot is bordered by a neighborhood with permanent residents. Parties must always be agreed separately with the gcaretaker of the cottage. The peace of the permanent residents living next door must be respected and it is not possible to have noise-causing parties. Fireplace not in use during summer. A wood-fired outside hot tub can be rented from the caretaker. Contact details for the caretaker are in the booking confirmation. Prices: 150 € / weekend (Fri-Sun) and 200 € / week. Kiviranta is a spacious rental cabin, ideal for larger groups. The terrace offers a 37-meter elevation difference down to the lake, providing stunning lake views. The rental price includes final cleaning and ready-made bed linen. Additionally, there is a Tesla charging station in the carport, available at no extra cost. Located 12 km northeast of Lahti, Lake Arkiomaanjärvi 90 m (width: 0.8 km, length: 2.2 km). The lake has a rapidly deepening, rocky bottom, with good swimming access from the pier. However, it is not suitable for small children or non-swimmers. A rowing boat is available for use. This three-story log villa, handcrafted from logs in 2000, offers a well-designed layout.
