The beach is in shared use with the owner. The house is made from the building blocks, cement rendering (built in 2005). The owner lives in the smaller part of the house. Own entrance on the other side of the building. Lake suite is designed for a quiet, relaxing family retreat (with kids). It's not allowed to have any party in this house to guarantee peace in the neighborhood. Rented only for families and other groups who enjoy peaceful holiday. Not rented for groups consisting only of under 25 years old customers. Lauluranta cabin is located in a wonderful location by the lake Päijänne. It's nice to enjoy a summer day in the cabin's spacious, sunny yard and on its own sandy beach. The cabin is located near the Päijänne National Park. 10 km along the road to the campfire site in Höysniemi. You can also order a boat taxi from Padasjoki to reach the wonderful island destinations of the national park. The Lauluranta cabin is only rented for a peaceful vacation. 72 km to the north from Lahti, lake Päijänne 25 m, sandy beach, pier, own rowing boat. Log cabin (1998), living room, kitchen.
