Stayed here in March 2021, your calendar won’t let me go back to that month so it shows as May 2021. Absolutely disgusting! Dirty entrance and lobby, filthy rooms full of dust, hair, dirt and stains everywhere , Bathrooms are filthy and mouldy and look like they have never been cleaned . The beds are filthy too, dirty linen and stained pillows , it was a nightmare! My son has asthma and dust mite allergy and his eyes were swollen throughout the stay. Had been booked for 2 nights for friends wedding . It’s the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life and I have stayed in many beautiful hotels all over the world . Please please avoid , I will never go back ever !

On the day of check-in after flying hours upon hours to arrive, I had to change my room 4 times before I was kind of comfortable. After settling into the room I went to take a shower and there were tree branches iny the drain, when I looked up there were several sticking out of a vent. Then I realize the consistent sound I heard were pigeons…. They apparently were making a nest. The water did not drain I guest it because of the consistent debris. I complained but this problem was never fixed. The room’s furniture is very dated.. there are no ironing boards in the room… don’t even request to get one… it will not be supplied. One morning they ran out of coffee. Another time, the elevator stoped in between floors…. I can go on and on about this 2 1/2 star hotel but please trust me when I tell you this place is terrible!!!

Room service awful, Food was swelling, Complimentary Breakfast mentioned and still I had to pay for it & No Proper Bandwidth In Internet. Most important point there guard was very rude and abusive to women's no respect from this hotel. My whole trip from Germany To Pakistan is gone worse just because of this hotel. I hate them.

We booked a reservation for 2 nights. When we arrived it took over 45mins to get our room. We informed them that we needed to extend by one additional night. They told had to do that online. We went to our room and I booked the additional night on their web sight and received confirmation. The next day they called us when we would be checking out that day. We told them we have the room for 3 nights. My husband went downstairs abs they notified us that there was a mistake and we could not stay past the one night. They were booked all and their sight made a mistake and they accepted full responsibility and apologized but we still had the check out. Please note we had a confirmed reservations for one week prior. In addition during our short stay the service was horrible. The included breakfast was cold and unsatisfying.

Kal raat mene Swiss International Residences Lahore main rooms book kiye they mere kuch international guests aye they lekin me ye batana chahta hu k mera aaj tak ka sabse badtareen or ghatiya experience raha is hotel main, yaha k security guards tak ko tameez nahi hai k kese behave karte hain hotel guests k saath or unho ne behad badtameezi ki without any reason or unse alcohol ki smell b arahi thi or is tarha misbehave kar rahay thy jese hotel in k baap ka ho or us se b bhari baat k hotel management dekh kar k kuch nai keh rahi thi, no action taken by them. Me highly recommend karuga k is hotel main stay karne se acha hai aap kisi dhabay pe ruk jaye you will not disappointed.

Room wasn’t very clean, especially the bathroom. This was a horrible hotel. The shower curtain was full of mold and bugs crawling out of it. The staff was very uncooperative. Definitely was unsafe and won’t stay there again.

Room service was very bad and room was dusty and not clean. The floor was not even mopped properly. Did not provide basic necessities in the room such as bathrobe and slippers and when we asked for the bathrobe they sent us a bathrobe without the belt.
