Grand Ittehad Boutique Hotel

Sister hotel of Orchard Hotel Gulberg, I stay at Nishat and this is no comparison at all, this is a s**t hole! Stained bathroom walls, no toilet paper and worst thing is they put used toothbrush and tooth paste back in the dental packs to recycle for new guests!! Avoid this hotel, we stayed here last night as Orchard messed up our booking, that’s really bad too so avoid that too. Go to Patk Lane it is fabulous!

Booked an Executive Suite through *********** and upon arrival they said they don’t have it available because the guests extended their stay. Told us to upgrade the room for more price so we did it and it was ‘Garden Suite’ which actually is just a regular Deluxe Room with an upstairs garden sort of area with no view because it’s blocked with some metal rods over the glass window. The suite is not maintained, the carpet is stained and was not clean when we checked in. The room smelt of smoke and the bathroom was stinky so we told them to make up the room and requested to hover when we leave for the day. Returned to the hotel after four hours and the room was untouched. The tv was not working either so I then went to the manager and told him all the problems. He sent up the whole team only to disturb us and none of the problems were resolved. The tv didn’t work and the smell was still there. Went down again to see if they have another room and they said they didn’t. They told us that they can freshen up the room. They gave us a few minutes only to make it worse by just spraying room freshener!!!
