Lahore Hotels with Gym

Despite the design of the hotel are good, with many different choices of restaurants but I need to complain the counter staffs' service. Moving slow and face look cold, not active nor friendly, suggest to have some training to enhance their attitude and procedure. I visit twice but each time we took long time when check-in. Otherwise the room and facilities are okay. Not very recommended until they could improve service quality and staffs attitude.

The location is good, the room is clean, the security is tight, and there is a garden. There are not many choices for breakfast. The service and food of the Chinese restaurant are okay. The chef is Chinese and can make Chinese noodles👍👍👍

The size of the room is neither too big nor too small. It is just right. The bathroom is separated. There are many types of breakfast, especially desserts and cakes. There are also a lot of people. Overall, it is not bad.

Overall it's OK, but the waiter was a little too enthusiastic, asking for help to give a good review, and the things he promised to fix were not fixed. However, compared with other local hotels in Lahore, it is still good, close to the airport, and relatively safe

The Sheraton in China is better than the one in Pakistan, but compared to other local hotels, I have nothing to say at this price. After all, one night we stayed is equivalent to a month’s salary of ordinary people in the area.

Overall, my stay was enjoyable. The hotel's location is quite convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants, cafes, and shopping malls, particularly on M M Alam Road. However, the single beds in the standard twin rooms felt a bit small. The check-in process was smooth, and the valet parking was very good. Breakfast offered a typical Lahori spread with a variety of food options, which was nice. If you have booked in advance, be prepared to pay some taxes at the reception. Additionally, you'll need to deposit a certain amount as a security hold, which will be refunded at checkout. I found this a bit unusual. Overall, I believe the hotel is slightly overpriced, considering the quality of service and facilities provided.

The WI-FI signal is unstable, the single room is big, sometimes the hotel is full and can't be rushed at the front desk. Breakfast is the local speciality of adding chicken, potatoes and eggs.

The room service and laundry were really efficient. Although they have some run down older rooms, there are also large beautiful rooms available with hairdryer and wardrobe. The air conditioner worked well. The breakfast was decent. The downside was no hot water.
