A lot was missing in my room. No tissue in the toilet, no towel, no floor mat too. When i asked for those, i got only the towel. But it was ok. They booked me my ride airport bound.

According to the bing search engine, you can also play billiards and ping-pong at the hotel. I read elsewhere that there is also a sauna.
Well, none of those!
It says SPA on the street.
I believe that a hotel does not become a "spa" just because it has a dirty pool with dirty surroundings and sunbeds!
Fitness: there are a few opportunities to work out, but with the unusable equipment, it doesn't seem like a very promising place.
The wifi didn't work in our room! It's true that they offered to move to a room where it's good, but if they knew it wasn't good in this room, why didn't they tell me right away?!
The ceiling of our room shows signs of soaking.
The TV broadcasts were unwatchable.
There was no toilet brush in the bathroom.
There were ants running in the room!!!
Breakfast was provided for only one person in the room booked with breakfast for two. The second guest could only have breakfast for an extra fee.
The only positive: the attitude of the staff was acceptable.
All in all, I wouldn't go there again.

The room is very spacious, clean and hygienic. The waiters are very polite and responsible. It is recommended for business trips. If you come here for business trips, you can try staying at Citiheight Hotel.
The restaurant environment is elegant and the ingredients are fresh and hygienic!

I have stayed at this hotel many times and I still continue to use this same hotel for one good reason and that is the level of their customers service. Yes, the level of service I always receive here, agreed they are in the business of hospitality is top notch. Each and everyone of the staff at the hotel from the security guards, front desk staffs, maintenance, the restaurant staff and the chef 👨🍳, all exceptional. They greet you everytime you interact, treat you with kindness and respect, and they make your stay blissful with their lovely attitude and wonderful assistance. I virtually know each individual by name, which I cannot start to mention, but they're the BEST. In addition, I wanna take this opportunity to thank each and every person from the staff for making this stay for my family blissful! They really made our stay enjoyable and loveable for us, most especially for the kids visiting Nigeria the first time. From the bottom of my heart, I would like to say a big thank you, and I wish everyone BEST of luck in all your future endeavors. You all are the BEST 👌.
