Lagos Hotels with Bars

The pool view is beautiful, but it's too cold. Chinese people are not good at physique. The room balcony is super large and it's OK to sunbathe. 🛏Room facilities: The most complete hotel in Spain and Portugal Self-driving parking is very convenient and free 🌟Service experience: Very friendly. Because there are no rooms when we arrive, we are given free drinks at the bar. We are just back from a week’s stay , fantastic resort, service and staff were fabulous. We got a room upgrade on arrival ( unknown to ourselves) to a 2 bed with roof terrace. Just amazing room and the views we had were amazing and made the stay for us . Only thing I could say from an improvement would be there where some minor maintenance items like interior painting needed a look at and some of the light fixtures on the roof terrace need replacing. But will be asking for this room ( D3G ) on our next visit .

Overall, it is very good. But some facilities, like exhaust fan in toilet, safe need repairs

We visited at the end of May 2022 and stayed for a week. We were really impressed with our apartment (number 601). This was a partial sea-view room. It was well situated, with beautiful views of palm trees and a glimpse of the sea. It was also close to the pool and facilities. The rooms were clean and well looked after. The decor was simple but welcoming. The ground-floor terrace was attractive, and the hedging/flowers/grass was all well manicured and maintained. We opted for self-catering to give us flexibility. The kitchen was equipped to make simple meals. It had a hot plate, microwave and fridge freezer, with plenty of basic utensils. We visited the bar once or twice for a quick cocktail, and the ones we tried were very tasty. We visited during happy hour, which made the price reasonable. It would perhaps be a bit expensive outside of happy hour. The pool area was beautiful, with lots of sun loungers and parasols. It was very quiet whenever we visited. A few people sunbathing and perhaps one or two in the pool. We all loved the pool! Initially cold, but fine once you dunk yourself in! The indoor pool and hot tub were an added bonus too. We hired a car from the airport, and I'm glad that we did as it made it a lot easier to visit the shop and see the sights in the local area. A car isn't necessary if you plan to stay on the resort and at the local beach, but otherwise I would definitely recommend hiring one. In summary, a perfect place for a quiet and peaceful holiday. It was sometimes so peaceful that we could have imagined that we were the only ones there. Wonderful. I'd definitely return.

Omg what can we say. Love love love this place. 5 stars all round. Breakfast was amazing. Evening meal even better. We have stayed in lots of places over the world but this was by far the best service and food ever. Nothing was too much trouble. Lluis, Sunny and Sanni omg we loved you guys. This is the email I have sent to the hotel manager on return to UK, I would stress that the apartments, complex, restaurant and staff are superb, but you can see what spoiled an expensive week for me . Dear Manager   I would like to thank you and all your staff for a lovely stay in your apartments. My husband and I stayed in apartment 211 from the 10th of September for 7 days. The apartment and complex are very pretty and always clean. The food in the restaurant is well priced and excellent quality. However, I would particularly like to thank all your staff from the maids to the receptionists and the restaurants and bar staff. They are all very helpful and very polite and are a credit to your apartments. We would like to thank Ines as she tried to deal with a slightly distressing problem. You may be aware that in the garden area outside room 211 there is an injured seagull. It cannot fly and was killing the smaller birds for food (which was not pleasant to see and hear – I couldn’t sit out on the balcony), it was also distressing to see the seagull struggle for food and water. Ines tried to get the relevant authority to come and collect the bird but they hadn’t turned up when we left. Of course, now with the terrible wildfires they will be even more stretched. I wanted to ask the management if they could look at this situation and try to resolve it , even if it means paying for a vet to attend and take of the seagull. I enjoyed my stay here! The staff were great, friendly, and helpful. The hostel was quiet during my stay, although my all-female dorm was full and I truthfully had the best time with the girls I met here. The rooftop is to die for. We also had a great balcony from our dorm room which was constantly used. Out of all the hostels I have stayed at, I enjoyed their bar crawl as it remained so close to the hostel. It felt safe being able to walk 5 minutes home by myself when I felt like leaving. The free breakfast was also a plus! I would 100% stay here again!

Charming Residence and Guest House Dom Manuel is a pretty property. There are no lifts, so you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs. The rooms are very comfortable and the amenities are complete. Just opposite the hotel is a self-service laundromat. And just 2-3 mins up the road, is a Chinese restaurant that serves delicious food. The walk into the old city takes about 10-15 mins. Car parking off the street is limited but after work hours, there were free car park spaces further down the road.

This is our third stay at Solar de Mos, although due to Covid and my partner’s ill health we haven’t been back for a while. We missed it. Why is that…well it offers a friendly, relaxing environment, not too far, but far enough away, from the bustle of the town centre. The new wings offer excellent quality rooms which are well kept and very clean. And parking is easy outside in the side street. There is a small bar if one wants a night-cap after a dinner down town and the breakfast offers a selection including some hot items, which is fine in the climate. All of that is good but it wouldn’t make for a happy holiday if the staff weren’t friendly. And that is where Solar de Mos excels. From check-in to check-out everyone was kind and helpful, with nothing being too much trouble, and it’s the main reason we will continue to come here when next in Lagos.
