The air conditioner dripped like a faucet and the shower rack was broken. I really don't recommend it.

Very good. We booked to count down in Central Pattaya, about 20 minutes from the accommodation, but overall it was worth it. The view was beautiful, the room was very large and spacious, and there was a hair dryer. The bed and pillows were very soft, and I slept soundly all night. Overall, the room was very good and worth it. There was breakfast, someone to keep the bags, and there were restaurants all around the hotel. Personally, if I come to Pattaya again, I will stay here again. I booked for the first time and was very impressed.

The atmosphere and location are very good. but found many things in the house had problems. whether the hot water didn't work.the pool wasn't clean/didn't dare to use it at all. Most importantly, I can't contact the landlord to come and fix it easily. It's good that Trips staff take care of it, follow up and try to fix it all the time.

The golf course is very quiet, the air is good, and there are plenty of parking spaces. My boss and I basically stay here every time we come to Thailand. We can play golf someday when we have time.

The service was great. It's really good for kids but the pool was ok but i want to see better. My kids love mini Harborland. The Laser tag was amazing for my kids they enjoyed it So overall It was amazing

The room is big, clean, cheap, strong water pressure, has a bathtub. The staff provides good service, but the facilities should be improved. The swimming pool is not usable, left to deteriorate, dirty and unsightly. The fitness center is also abandoned, not maintained or repaired, and cannot be used. The hotel has a lot of parking behind the building, but you cannot walk through to the building. You have to walk outside the fence. The parking behind the building is dark and has a lot of holes in the grass. There is no security guard. It looks unsafe and scary.
