The atmosphere and location are very good.
but found many things in the house had problems. whether the hot water didn't work.the pool wasn't clean/didn't dare to use it at all.
Most importantly, I can't contact the landlord to come and fix it easily. It's good that Trips staff take care of it, follow up and try to fix it all the time.

The golf course is very quiet, the air is good, and there are plenty of parking spaces. My boss and I basically stay here every time we come to Thailand. We can play golf someday when we have time.

In Pattaya, the rooms are clean, the waiters are good, and it is inconvenient to go back and forth to the busy area of the city center. The fares are also expensive and there are many food nearby.

AAdrianYVery nice hotel with wonderful staff. This hotel is really suitable for family with young kid. All kid amenities are free to be used for hotel guest. There are welcome snacks and toys for the kids too. Best value for family to stay.
Room wise it is very clean and equipped with a small kitchen. Good to do some basic cooking and preparation of milk if needed.

GGuest UserFor this stay, I chose a family room with 2 rooms, 1 living room, and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Although there is no place to cook, there is a microwave, sink, and refrigerator. You can still prepare some simple food by yourself.
But since there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and you can reach the night market in 10 minutes on foot, you don’t really need to cook it yourself.
Affordable price and high CP value. Recommended to everyone.

Tthwonggg.It's a good place to stay, quiet, clean, with complete facilities (but I felt strange with the room design, low ceiling, pillar in the middle of the room, dim lights. When I entered the room, I felt strange with the arrangement of things in various positions. It's just my personal feeling. 😊😊👍🏻)

GGuest UserIt is a budget hotel and is utilized as a ”love / short time” hotel which I hadn't realized upon booking. However, it is cheap, reasonably clean and the service was quite good. The location was OK to travel east towards Chonburi or west to Bangkok and there were a few fast food places & a 7/11 nearby.

PPitchapaThe room is big, clean, cheap, strong water pressure, has a bathtub. The staff provides good service, but the facilities should be improved. The swimming pool is not usable, left to deteriorate, dirty and unsightly. The fitness center is also abandoned, not maintained or repaired, and cannot be used. The hotel has a lot of parking behind the building, but you cannot walk through to the building. You have to walk outside the fence. The parking behind the building is dark and has a lot of holes in the grass. There is no security guard. It looks unsafe and scary.

AAnonymous UserGood service staff The accommodation is a bit difficult to get to. There's no 7-Eleven nearby. The bathroom is a bit cramped. I heard the sound of the toilet flushing all the time. It's like the pipe is bad. The blanket is not very thick. But the air conditioner is cool.
