We booked 4 apartments for a family gathering. Staying at The Grand Apartments seemed to be ideal for all concerned. In the scheme of things for location, and staff friendliness it was great. I think looking at all 4 Apartments they are all looking very dated and tired, needing some work. Bathrooms were dark, shower stalls needed redoing. It needs to be noted that these Apartments are not at all accessible for people with mobility issues, wich needs to be looked at. The Grand pub had reasonable meals, large meals, and a couple if ferry friendly young men.. The three sixty restaurant provides breakfast which could have been better. They were good for small numbers but when large numbers they floundered... again both these placeds have steep steps no ramps so hard to acces for prams or mobility. Would we go back. I would like to say yes... but a lot of work needs to be done. Or rethink the pricing to reflect the rooms.

The view from our room was awesome. We really loved the whole experience. The kids love the pool and very convenient as the lagoon is just across from the apartment. The only let down is that there's no aircon in the bedrooms as we have to use the fan to blow cool air into our room. The sliding is really hard to open to go in the balcony it keeps jumping off its track. But other than that we were happy and relaxed with our stay.

Property was perfect location! Beautiful views…and great feel. On a whole quiet…except on the weekend when the Bar gets a little rowdy! But you get that. Pool perfect temperature. Walking distance to good food…and short drive to shopping centres! Would stay again in a heartbeat! Might just add the bathroom sink is very slow draining…might need a declog…but that the only negative!
