Blue Waters Apartments

Great place to stay , the pool area is beautiful. The manager was very friendly. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I will stay again at this accommodation.

We Stayed two nights with friends to attend a funeral. Rhe apartment has everything you need gor a comfortable stay. The location was superb and relaxing. The pool and gardens added to our relaxation. With the Broadwater and walking track across the road and dining options all a short walk away, would recommend to anyone.

Old place and on the top flight of stairs. Was ok for family swimming but kitchen oven was outdated and cooking was difficult with no big pots.

Short family stay in 3 bedroom apartment. Access was easy and key was arranged for after hours collection. Location was great with basement parking. We were visiting theme parks so it suited our needs and price was great. Staff friendly too. We didn't use the pool as it was too cold. Not luxurious but we were happy. Thank you

The facility is old and well over due for an internal building upgrade. This was our second visit, but sadly the facilities had gone backwards since our previous visit some 2 years previous. The outside facilities for a family were great. Great location. Apartment amenities and utilities need to be replaced. TV not working on arrival. Toilet seat required a plumber (housekeeper should have seen this need - 2 days later, repaired!!!). Laundry racks need to be replaced. No salt & pepper. Minimum pots for a family. Very cheap cutlery and lack of serving spoons and larger spoons/servers. Broken towel holder on bathroom door. No basin plug for bathroom. Minimal (abysmal) kitchen detergent and no dish cloth to wipe bench top. No bench cutting board and no sharp kitchen knife… latter all had to be bought to survive (live) there…. Not impressed and we were visiting from the Sunshine Coast with a Victorian family. It would have been more unsatisfactory for an overseas visitor…not impressed and will not return to this venue, albeit a great location.

Parking to get to reception difficult. Lady on reception the day we arrived was friendly. The room was unkept and dirty. Shower had mould and scum all around the edges of tiles. Wall tiles were dirty. Vanity had severe water damage and grime. Power points had dirt and grime embedded. Dishwasher was dirty and rusted. Bed was hard

Did not give us after hours access directions. Would not answer after hours phone. Would not answer after hours button. 6 hours driving and nowhere to sleep. Contacted by management hours later and they lied to us saying they had given us after hours checkin detail. Do not trust these people.

2 bedroom apartment, doesn’t appear to have had any updates since the building was built. Only one aircon unit in the lounge room which looked about 15 years old, wifi was terrible, basically non existent. TV kept changing to a screen with some random woman with a credit card lying on a bed - this was when the TV was on ch 7 or ch 9……

I've stayed here for the past 4.5 months for work. I've had a two bedroom apartment which has been wonderful - very well appointed, everything you need is here. I've able to stay here very comfortably cooking in house, bbq-ing, many restaurants within walking distance which was an added bonus. I can't recommend this place enough - very good management - Erika and Josh were so helpful and accommodating of anything i needed. Did i mention there is an awesome pool too. If you can get a booking here - nice work - you won't regret it. Enjoy 👍
