terrible room design, found bug on my bed. toilet is too small even my kid complaint that could sit normally

Cockroaches in the kitchen, very dirty and uncomfortable bed. Very limited hot water in the shower. Very bad experience.

Wasn't expecting great things but we paid a good value price for 2 family rooms to sleep 9 for a short break. The rooms were a bit dated but very clean (no funky smells), the bedding and towels were superb and everyone commented on how comfy the beds were. Not the largest rooms but we only really used them to sleep in - small kitchen area if you wanted to make food and washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. The pool and barbi garden area was great - cooked up one evening. Felt safe and served our needs for 2 nights. For more balanced reviews see ***********.

The room is comfortable, clean and well maintained. Check in was easy, booked via *********** so everything was done prior to arrival. Bed is comfortable and contributed to a good nights sleep. Although on a main road it gets quiet overnight so didn't really disturb me. Has ample parking off street and undercover. Walking distance to cafes restaurants, seafood sales and a good hotel for drinks and pub food (Grand Hotel). With a pool, bbq area it ends up a good location. Being not far from the theme parks and shopping at Harbour Town(factory outlets) you don't have to spend too long in the car. Right near the Broadwater gives you great walking paths for exercise

Worst place ever so unclean and staff are awful left a few personal items behind went back to get them and they were gone overall crap place don't go there!!!! Save ur money and find another place for ur safety

The best thing about this experience was, I ended up getting the key deposit back. I need to start by saying something positive!! I wish I could say more good things but sadly I can't as I'm 100% truth. Confirming the other 1 star reviews are NOT embellished. The worst thing? The cost as it started was affordable & reasonable then it became expensive & erratic- for example 1 festive season as "long term"(stayed longer than short term/overnight)so paid a set rate/the same no Increase. Then the year after during Christmas it was changed & went up. Kept increasing from then & despite it was being refurbished on the outside shame the same couldn't be said from the inside. Pest control took forever for them to do & I suffered severely with insect bites for an unexceptable amount of time & it 100% wasn't due to known drug side effects as I haven't don't & won't do narcotics. Don't want to bring a bad reputation to this business 😂 The laundry there is small but the washing machine & dryer don't work properly although it takes your money & you only can fit a tiny load in both. I don't swim but glad for that as the pool looked dirty all the time. The BBQ near the pool worked & most of the time it was kept clean? Reception rarely attended the office & even when rent was deducted from my bank account it wasn't taken at the correct time. Kept room clean but mould growing in the shower & cupboard but nothing seemed to be done about it-same goes when I was kept awake by the noise from the fire alarm 'beeping' until they came to fix it the next day. Staff mistook me for someone else & I got accused of being loud when I wasn't the 1 yelling at all hours for no good reason keeping everyone awake no doubt not just me? They wanted to charge "$10 security deposit" for the electronic frypan when the original when moved in there worked then it broke. Early 1 morning awoke scared by a loud bang on the door & managed to answer it was the police. They needed to check everyone was safe as they were investigating a report a gunshot had been heard -turns out it was mistaken for another room as they echo & someone had probably just had an accident & dropped something? (No guns were found on the police search so more-than-likely a false allegation was made): Ending on a note that I wouldn't give this place 1 star if I 'd a choice.

Was good so close to where we wanted to be, the owner was really accommodating he supplied us with fans, because the aircon didnt work, which was so nice of him, the pool is a nice area, and walking distance to the beach and restaurants

The pool, bbq and outdoor facilities were very good. Close to beach and shops and some excellent restaurants on the foreshore. Easy walk to beach and broadwalk. We were on the main road so it was a bit noisy. Beds very comfortable and clean. Staff pleasant and helpful. It is obvious that the complex is being renovated, room by room

Hi, I have just went over the booking confirmations, and I have spoke to agoda, they have informed us that you have cancelled the booking, and reasons are you asked for photo ID and vaccine certificate, you did not state on arrival or any time limit to do so for the ID, you also did not state what vaccine certificate to send, as there are a lot of different vaccines that people have, you cancelled the booking and did not advise us in person, email, call or msg, you then had a worker open the door with another key at 1am asking us to leave, and did not give me a reason, the money was taken out of the account and we received confirmation of the booking, you are surpose to ask for the required documents and if we refused to do so, we did not refuse to do and we have any required documents that you needed, there is no reason to refuse , you have then booked in another family in the same room, your a owner of a business and should know that providing the right information is required stated, we left at 1am, that you required photos of my ID and vaccination certificate to a mobile phone number I don't know that is government issued confidential documentation having my name d.o.b address, and licence number and you require a person photo to your mobile number,
