Best Labrador Hotels

I've stayed here for the past 4.5 months for work. I've had a two bedroom apartment which has been wonderful - very well appointed, everything you need is here. I've able to stay here very comfortably cooking in house, bbq-ing, many restaurants within walking distance which was an added bonus. I can't recommend this place enough - very good management - Erika and Josh were so helpful and accommodating of anything i needed. Did i mention there is an awesome pool too. If you can get a booking here - nice work - you won't regret it. Enjoy 👍

Traditionally configured with rooms up and down, and parking in front thereof. Our room (two rooms, really) was spotless and had enough beds to sleep seven. As we were only four, we had plenty of room. Bathroom was a little tired; however, like the room, it could not be faulted for cleanliness. The pool area is smallish, but functional. Lovely and helpful staff. If you are looking for a place to crash for a night or two, this represents first rate value for money.

It belongs to an apartment hotel, the room is large, there is a kitchen and washing machine, 5 minutes drive from the Gold Coast city center, free parking, swimming pool and balcony, very close to SeaWorld

Perfect quiet spot to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Surfers Paradise - only a few kilometers away - apartment living in a 2 bedroom clean and spacious unit with pool, kitchen, living and Finn g and large wrap around balcony - all facing the Broadwater/Spit overlooking Seaworld, right across the bay - underground security parking- not far from shops, harbourtown, petrol and Coles & McDonalds

Room was spacious, clean and seems new. Love the carpark which links straight to lobby. They were very nice and gave us a sweet message and treat as my husband and I were on our honeymoon trip. Downside was on the security deposit. They charge it to my card and refunded only after a few days. If it is a hold amount, there should not be any charges. If they charged the amount, the refund should be immediate on the same day. We booked assessable room which was for the handicap. The doors are automated etc. The reception said they were unable to reach me by phone call and they couldn't email me because I booked via third party vendor. It would have been better if they can contact via email which they chose not to. This is something which they could have improved and definitely will improve our stay experience. Other than this, everything else was great! Note: When we drove to Mantra, right in front of the hotel was a cemetery. Just in case anyone superstitious, this info may be helpful.

There are many activities for children, there are several large and small swimming pools, and children do not want to leave after playing. You can drive RVs for camping, and there are also vacation homes. There are many choices. There are outlets not far away, which are convenient for shopping and eating.

There was a small problem with check-in, which was solved smoothly with the help of Ctrip. The room was very nice, not far from the beach, and there were relatively few supermarkets around.

1 star because negative isn’t an option. Pervious guests poo in the toilet, when to use the bathroom after checking in and saw pop left in the toilet, making you question if the room has been cleaned. Blind broke. Extraction fans in kitchen and bathroom don’t work. No phone provided in the room or reception. All websites say this place has free wifi, it doesn’t. We were given 8gb for a 15day stay, we asked for more wifi after it expired and was told to read a book by the manager at reception. Though it states online free, and 500mb per day provided. The man on reception made a derogatory comment about mine and my sisters body, asking us how we keep such amazing figures. We booked for 2 beds and were given a bed and a fold out couch. In the pool area the toilet looks as if it has never been cleaned (photo attached). Bugs left on the doors slider. The oven has no instructions on the front to tell you what dial does what. Checked the dryer to find the lint trap filled with white lint indicating that the bed sheets and towels are dried in the apartment. We paid well over 3k to stay here for 15days and this hasn’t lived up to the photos online. We booked because it says ocean view/beach front yet our hovel looks out to the neighbours house into their room. Nothing about our apartment looks anything like the photos online. The bathroom is growing black mould In almost all the silicone, and the bath has weird stains on it. The sink doesn’t look to have ever been cleaned either, You leave the bathroom feeling more disgusting then before you went in. Given 2 toilet rolls for 8 days. Apartment isn’t serviced for 8days and if you ask for anything before then you’re charged. The live in residents don’t follow the outlines rules. The resident living next to our apartment had a loud party on Saturday night with a sub woofer and loud “music” if you can call it that. Can’t call the number to advise the manager as there’s no phone and I’m travelling from over seas and can’t use my phone to make calls. If I could change staying here I would. It’s been the worst place in the Gold Coast I’ve ever stayed. 100% would not recommend to anyone.
