Initially called hotel to make a booking but was told that no rooms were available. However, I was able to make a booking via Qantas Hotels, so go figure. Booking was for a couple and included breakfast. However room was dirty, only 1 bath towel was provided, there was no remote for the air conditioner and the TV did not work. And to top it all off, in the morning, was told by the rude staff that breakfast was not included. A totally dishonest establishment in Labasa, best avoiding.
